Good Informative Portal
Easy process selecting, getting quote, and ordering my next salary sacrifice company car. Zenith's portal was easy to navigate and contained good information for all the cars I looked at, which helped ease the process of selecting.

End of lease experience - don't decide in last 6 months!!
I'm coming to the end of my lease. The inability to renew/extend my lease within the last 6-months contradicts information issued by your renewals director suggesting 'many make their choice 6 months left, so no rush'. I was unable to extend or adjust mileage within the last 6 months, leaving me with no option but to pursue new car.

Customer services very helpful
Customer services very helpful, but by phone rather than email. Website is clunky with some errors when configurating. Also seems a no-brainer to link you to the relevant website/brochures for each car to understand spec and trim.
Overall a good experience, but the process could be enhanced by the above.

Overall it was very easy to sort the car out, im concerned that I have selected a 2025 tesla and my confirmation email states the car is a 2023. If this is the case I will have to cancel the order as I picked the car on it being 2025.

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. Car delivery was delayed by nearly two months. Car itself is brand-new yet has faults - I'm not the owner of the warranty, Zenith are, and they haven't helped in that regard either.
On top of that I had a no-fault accident and they never bothered to push the insurer to reclaim the excess so took it from my salary.
All this and an average of three weeks to respond.
If you're looking to lease with Zenith, I'd suggest avoiding.

Bad customer service and order management
To be honest, I do not consider this company trustworthy. I am tied to them through my employer, which is why I ordered a car through them.
I ordered a Citroën C3 on 13 March 2026. Before placing the order, I was advised over the phone that delivery was expected by mid-June. However, four days after ordering, I received an email stating that the delivery date had been pushed back to mid-July.
It is now the end of July, and the car is still on order. I have now been informed that delivery is expected at the end of August. There seems to be very little transparency or accountability. The response is always that delivery dates are only estimates and that there is little they can do.
While I understand that vehicle delivery times can change, a five-month wait for a standard vehicle, combined with repeated delays and shifting delivery dates, is unacceptable. This has been a very disappointing customer experience.
If the leasing company cannot provide accurate updates or effectively manage delivery expectations, it raises the question of what value they are actually adding to the process.
