What a nightmare with the EV charger…
What a nightmare with the EV charger installation process. The offer was with Audi but had several emails to complete surveys with Ohme. The first survey was cancelled and then another request to complete another survey was sent asking if I had already completed a survey and then the Audi one was cancelled and the Tusker one re started. I have no clue who is doing what.

Our review requests are automatically triggered at certain points in the driver journey, including after an order is placed. They’re intended to give drivers the opportunity to share their experience at each stage, but we appreciate that receiving these so early, before you’ve had meaningful interaction or taken delivery of your vehicle, can feel premature and unnecessary.
