Engineer made contact regarding optional dates for service. txt the day before and gave time bracket. arrived on time. Great service.

NOT HAPPY!!!!
I have now gathered around 15 E Mails that I have sent to this company. They dont seem to read the paper trail of these and E Mail replies not relating to my query They have promised to call me back several times..... nothing!!!! My gas meter is not connecting to the smart meter, simple to resolve I would think.
