Bestelde stocktegels niet op stock!!!
Tegels besteld begin maart alsook tegeldragers. Wel met garantie gekocht dat deze op stock zijn en in april kunnen afgehaald worden. Dit werd bevestigd , er was genoeg op stock.Dit was dus geen probleem tot nu…. Tegels niet op voorraad . Na heen en weer getelefoneer dan toch de tegels op stock ????doch vergaten ze de tegeldragers te bestellen. Ondertussen stond de aannemer al 3 uur ter plaatse en liepen zijn uren..dit is de 2 e keer dat dit me overkomt bij Veronove te Ninove!!!!

arrogante bazin, afmeting kloppen niet..
Tegels afmetingen kloppen niet! De kleuren kloppen niet! Verschillende patronen in tegels wat hiervoor niet vermeld was! Vervolgens een zeer onbeschofte telefoon gesprek met Gina de arrogante bazin gehad. Waarna ze zo maar de telefoon in mijn gezicht heeft afgesmeten! Nog nooit in mijn leven zo iets meegemaakt !
Alvast een dikke 0 van mij !!

Avoid, there are lots of other tile suppliers out there
I don't often write reviews but was encouraged to do so by the many people I told about my experience.
I purchased 10m2 stone pavers for my driveway which is 5m x 2m exactly. The contractors paved my driveway only to find that they were 1.2m2 short of paving stones. I contacted Veranova and they insisted said that they supply 45 stones per square meter, and I explained that each stone is 14cm x 14cm therefore 45 x (14cm x 14cm) = 0.88m2, and 10 of those will make 8.8m2 which is why I am short of 1.2m2.
Their response was that the spaces between the tiles account for the 1.2m2 difference. So, in effect they were telling me that I bought 8.8m2 of paving stones and 1.2m2 of air spaces despite the fact that my invoice says that I paid for 10m2 of paving stones.
They did not acknowledge that the contractors had to be on their next job the next day, and that I had rental material (concrete mixers and compacters) to return,. Veranove could not care less, for the inconvenience they have caused to all parties involved.
In the end they did not acknowledge their errors, nor apologize instead they were rude and unacommodating. I had to buy more paving stones as I was already commited to the project. Otherwise I would have just gone elsewhere, which I have now done for my patio and indoor tiling projects.
In fact the reason I wrote this review is because I told the sales people at the other tile outlets about my Veranova experience, outraged and somewhat amused, they suggested I write this review.
