Not worth the money

Terrible quality. Bought the heavily Instagram-advertised heart necklace and not only is the gem peeling (definitely plastic or resin, not an actual gem or even colored glass), but the chain is tarnishing at an unbelievable rate, considering I’ve worn the piece a handful of times, and never in water. Contacted them and I have to return the item for a refund? Don’t photos of your clearly sub-par item suffice? $86 wasted.

Received a necklace for Christmas and within the first month of wearing it, the necklace broke and the charm fell off. Received my replacement and opened the box to find the charm not even attached to this one. You can’t even screw it on and this one is PLASTIC. The charm of the first one was metal and they sent me a replacement plastic one. HUGE SCAM of a company. Never buy anything from them.

I purchased necklace from Vanessa Mooney which was 154$. The quality is very poor for such a high price. There are a lot of decorative stones on the lock which are missing. Looks really cheap. Will not purchase again from them and not recommend to anyone. Really disappointed!

Paid $80 for a necklace that I constantly have to put back together. Will never purchase from them again!

Took ages for my dress to come... size 10-12 UK sIze would fit me when I was 8 years old.... necklace cheap looking... then slapped with a tax bill from fed ex which I wasn’t aware of or made aware of for £60

I have ordered multiple items from Vanessa Mooney, and just had a necklace break in two as I was sitting still. I had only worn it 2 time previously. I sent them a picture and have not gotten a response. The necklace cost $150. I will not be buying any more.

Got a brass cross necklace. Looked incredibly beautiful online. Looks NOTHING like their promo pictures.. Cheapest piece of jewelry I’ve ever seen. PAID $80 for complete garbage. Do NOT buy from them.

It took quite a while for my jewelry to arrive, but I was so happy and excited that once it did show up I completely dismissed my annoyance.

I've wanted her jewelry for the past two years and I finally said fvck it and bought two necklaces and three pairs of earrings. And here we go...

The locket earrings are so cute, but nothing keeps the lockets from falling off the tiny hoops when your taking them off, thus lost lockets. This pair of earrings was approx 40 dollars. You would think for a 40 pair of earrings they would be sterling silver or at least surgical steal. Nope, they're not hypoallergenic.

Besides being expensive and not hypoallergenic I don't have any other complaints about the other two pairs I bought.

I also purchased the "fvck off" necklace. I've had it for maybe a month and a half, also not hypoallergenic and the clasps broke! Luckily my partner saw it fall off my neck but jeez! I would have lost it.

I'd never recommend Vanessa Mooney to anyone. Unless they start making better quality jewelry, because it's cheap.

Do not buy if you are shipping internationally. I live in Canada so it shipped fast and the quality was so much worse than what I thought, there were gems missing from the necklace and bracelet. Don’t buy the earrings if you don’t want an infection just a waste of money. 6months later I get my tax return for over $100 says I only spent $20 on a ring $5 which was actually $55 and a necklace which was definitely not $15...

Do not buy from this company if you live outside the US. I spent more than double the cost of the item on shipping, duties and returns (which they do not cover themselves). The item came looking very different to the pictures on the website and not of very high quality, considering it was $65. It also ran quite small. It's not worth the hassle.

Shipping to Australia was fast and affordable—received my order in a week and half despite ordering during the holidays.
The Elisabeth dress is perfect for summer. Although thin, it’s of great quality and made locally which I love.

This company has the worst customer service, firstly it took multiple emails to get a reply about returning an item as it is international and I had to pay fees to send back a dress I already paid over €100 for and don’t even get me started on the sizing of their dresses, this dress size small which is my regular size was fit for an early teen or child it literally would not close around my bust which their website claims it should fit every bust size plus the stitching wasn’t good for a dress that values at $175 plus the fabric doesn’t feel good quality either. After I sent away the dress and paid I have now received a letter to say I owe €94 on custom charges. If I had known this I would have just sold the dress. Very disappointed in this purchase I will not make the same mistake twice. Just don’t waste your money on this company they really don’t deserve it.

I had ordered a pair of earrings, but there was a production error. Even though I had purchased them last year, I decided to email them about it. They immediately replied that they would send me a new pair or refund me. They are so generous and kind. Would definitely recommend them!

Bought a slip dress from Vanessa Mooney. I didn’t think anyone could mess up a slip dress- it’s such a simple design. But somehow this dress does not fit right at all- there is something very wrong with it and it’s not the wrong size or anything. Also uneven seams and the back of the dress is shorter than the front. Terrible quality! Waste of money.

I bought original Elisabeth dress and didn’t expect such poor quality for 175$. Fabric is shiny and looks cheap. Seams are crooked and threads stick out. One strap is wider than another. 100% waste of money

Paid 175 for a very poor quality dress that started falling apart when I put it on. Both the fabric quality and stitching were bad. I emailed them asking for an exchange thinking the dress was defective. I clearly told them that I had taken off the tags and worn the dress. They told me to send it back and that they'd refund me. I heard nothing back and emailed them and they told me they changed their mind and wouldn't do a refund because I had taken the tags off. Horrible customer service to promise one thing and do another. Don't buy their dresses or jewelry, it is all bad quality.
