One star is even way too much for that brand. WORST BRAND EVER. Where do i begin ? Firstly the prices are quite high which should justify a high quality or at least a moderate quality, but the quality of the products is extremely cheap. The first time I tried one of the necklaces it already broke, and it did cost 60 euros !! The necklasses are made out of plastic and nothing else. Moreover, they do inform through a very little asterix completly at the end of the asterix that they do discharge themselves from all the import / taxes fees outside the US. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER ORDER FROM THERE !

Beware!!! My daughter received a product we ordered for her, which does not look like the one we ordered.
Super cheep quality for a very high price tag. They won’t exchange, or refund. She is stuck with this piece of crap.
Total rip off! Run away!

I wish I would have looked them up on trustpilot before ordering. Definitely a scam! They advertise quality. With the price point, you don’t question it. Paid $225 for a dress that looks even cheaper than most Forever 21 and Shein dresses. The fabric is so thin, feels gross, and is so cheaply sewn. The founder (if she even is a real person) should be ashamed of charging people $225 for something that probably cost $1 to make. If Vanessa Mooney allowed reviews on the site, it would be over real quick. Love that it’s getting called out for being a scam on Free People.

I was under the impression that this was a high quality jewelry brand, given the price point. I was so excited when I received my piece, which was a multi-layer pearl and gold chain necklace, but unfortunately, it broke on the first wear.

I did reach out to customer service, so hopefully they can make things right, but buyers beware. Their jewelry might look like it's high quality in the photos, but you probably are better off just ordering gold plated jewelry from amazon. Same quality...

Do not order from this company! Complete false advertising! The depict good quality on their website when in the reality it is not! Order a necklace, and it’s completely different colors / materials than what they showed on their website.

I was so excited to get my two pairs of earrings from Vanessa Mooney. I expected nice quality "18k gold plated brass earrings" and what I received was gold-colored plastic. I have gold-plated brass earrings and these are definitely not. There is simply no way these things are high quality and I would not be able to wear these with my sensitive ears. Would not recommend and will not reorder from this site ever again.

So here's the thing: to this day, I haven't found a jewelry brand with designs as cute and original as Vanessa Mooney. If this brand actually invested in the quality, I would be heads over heel for them.
The packaging is awful. Not only is everything packaged in ugly boxes, but the inside of the packaging is made of weird material that sheds everywhere. You cannot open their mailer without making a mess of weird lint looking fabric dust.

The quality of the jewelry and clothing is appalling. I own one romper and one dress from them: buttons have fell off of both within a few wears.

As for the jewelry, every piece I've owned has either rusted or broken within the first few months. I know how to fix jewelry so I've been able to attach charms back on, but considering their stuff is expensive, I'd expect very high quality. This is honestly the same quality I'd expect to get at Claire's.

It's just made cheaply and marketed as a luxury brand, when they can't even be bothered to at least make the packaging nice.

Vanessa Mooney has potential, but instead of investing the money they make on better quality, they choose to sell you the cheapest things they can. Jewelry I've purchased on SHEIN has lasted me longer than Vanessa Mooney pieces I've paid 60+ more.

I've order from them three times, all three times neither the clothes, jewelry or packaging met my expectation. I understand the appeal due to their design, but IMO, you're essentially getting scammed. They're selling you pieces that probably cost 6 dollars to make at a luxury price.

I just got the necklace I ordered on aug 3 today, I couldn’t believe how quick it was. Honestly my experience was a good one, but if I had read these reviews first I never would have ordered. I’m sorry there’s so many bad experiences but I’d like to add my good one in case anyone is still unsure of trying the site out. My advice is to start slow and order small, I got a beautiful cross dagger necklace and I love it. As for quality, it seems pretty good for the $50 I paid, but I haven’t actually worn it yet. I’m glad I took a chance on it bc it worked out very well for me, which is why I decided to leave this review. Would likely order again, but I’ll keep the orders light just in case

I never leave negative reviews on anything. Most of the time, I blame myself for not looking into a product farther before purchasing. So I am telling you all now, their clothes are terrible quality. I’ve seen reviews on the jewelry being poor quality. But the clothes?! Absolutely disgusting. The material is nothing as pictured. It felt like burlap. The actual romper itself was just ugly and not as advertised. I am a tiny woman, and the suggested size was a XXS. I couldn’t button over my bust (which is almost nonexistent). Do NOT order from here! It is a complete scam. I couldn’t even begin to tell you how upset I was. I did return it easily at least.

Oh man please don't waste your money. Costume jewelry and the rompers are so ill-fitting. I wish I would have read the reviews first.

This company's items are NOT worth the money you pay whatsoever. I really wished I came to this site a long time ago read the reviews and saved my money. Customer service was average, not terrible for me but their dresses do not feel like high quality, their jewelry when you see it on the website looks great.. but the jewelry I have from them is Claire's quality. These aren't even worth HALF of the price you pay. It sucks wanting to love a company and you realize they don't care about quality. A bunch of wasted money and disappointment

Ugh I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Their marketing and designs are so gorgeous I bought $500 worth of stuff. I could tell before even opening up the crappy paper boxes that I’d been scammed. No return labels. The jewelry looks cheap like it’s worth $18 from forever 21. The clasps will probably break after few wears. It’s not good people. Cute designs, poor quality. I’m sad and now will attempt to return. Wish me luck. ☹️

i have sensitive skin so i dont mind investing a lil more on jewelry so that i dont flare up. i was so excited to receive them but was so disappointed when i opened up the packaging. Felt, sounded, and low quality which doesnt match up to its premium price. i live in Singapore so i paid almost $500 for these :-( i applied and emailed for returns but based on the other reviews here, it looks like i may not get much luck or may even lose more money in the process as they dont cover the shipping fees back to them. i expected better service and quality :-( im so sorry to advise not to purchase from them.

I have been eyeing the Elizabeth Dress as it’s been quite popular. I am on the smaller side so even Brandy Melville fits quite baggy on me. Oh my god. This is the first time I’ve ever run into such a tiny dress and I regularly wear kid’s clothes! I literally messaged them the day of after seeing some reviews to change my size before they ship out, they ignored my email and shipped out my package anyways the day after. Then refused to do anything about it saying I have to pay for all of the duties and then shipping to have it returned back to them! They also don’t offer exchanges outside of the US. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen for a brand—EVER! I genuinely never felt so much disdain for a fashion brand until now.

I had been eyeing the Elizabeth dress for months and finally decided to splurge on the purchase of the $175 Elizabeth romper. I took my measurements, and knew I was taking a risk with a romper at a height of 5’11”. My bust is 34, cup size C, waist 27”, hips 38”. According to the size chart I would fall between a small or medium. I tried both sizes, neither fit. The small was a joke and the medium would not button over my bust. The quality is cheap as others have mentioned in prior reviews. The dress seems as if it could just shred apart after a single wear. I gave two stars for customer service accommodation. I do not recommend wasting your time with this dress. Notice how Vanessa Mooney does not allow reviews on their website?

I've seen this brand on Free People so unfortunately didn't look at any reviews thinking they were trustworthy, boy was I wrong as y'all can probably guess from their general rating. I ordered three of the same necklaces and two of the same bracelets to give as gifts, but they only sent me one of each, including the necklace lock being broken! I reached out to them but no reply. Two days later I get an email from Fedex charging me 60€ for abroad shipment for 5 items, even tho I only received 2 with one of them being broken! They're such a scam, do not order from there!

There should be a zero star for this horrible company.They have 0 customer service no one gets back to you. I bought a silver necklace had it less then a mouth and all the fake silver is off and the necklace is now BLACK! This company takes your money and give you nothing in return. i have written to their "customer service" twice now with no reply. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY VENESSA MONNEY!!!!!!!!! HUGE RED FLAG!

Returned three items as soon as I received them because the quality was not what I wanted. The package was delivered two weeks and I'm yet to receive any money back (expecting $140 to be refunded). I've emailed the team 5 times over the span of two weeks and have not got a single reply. Total scam.
