Absolutely love this brand. Unique and branding is on point. I’ve ordered multiple times, both jewelry and clothing, and I’ve received my items on time, if not a day sooner. Customer service is also very prompt..I had ordered a swim suit top that was too small and had my new size sent back to me within a week.

These are my favorite rompers ever! I collect them all! The shape and materials are perfect. When I didn't know my size yet, the swipe for the right size was easy.

Lately I've decided to splurge in the Elisabeth Romper Dress and it's genuinely gorgeous. Love the fit (true to size), the garment, everything about it! I am sure it's a piece that I'll wear for a long time. Also, I'm from Europe and International Shipping is a plus that you don't see a lot in US website unfortunately, Thank you VM!

Obsessed with this whole brand. I discovered them through one of my friends in 2023 and The Jules Heart Necklace!? Staple. It is my most complimented piece like hello!!!!???? It’s stunning how could it not be?

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with my last order. My parcel was sent to the wrong address and Vanessa Mooney refused to do anything to help. The tracking said it was going to an address with a similar street name to mine, on the other side of my city, with a completely different post code. I emailed Vanessa Mooney to ask what they could do and they told me it was being sent to the correct address, which was not true. I checked and I definitely entered the correct address when ordering. I explained this and asked again for help, but they said they could only do something if the parcel was returned to them. Obviously, if delivered to a random house, it is very unlikely it would ever be returned to them. The delivery company’s tracking said that the retailer can contact them to change the address, but they refused to do this. They told me once it is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility, which is incorrect. It is still the company’s responsibility. I redirected the parcel to a parcel shop for collection, as this was my only option, but I could only choose shops near the incorrect address, which would take me an hour and a half to get to. I asked for proof from Vanessa Mooney that it was going to the correct address, as they insisted their tracking showed the correct address. They did not respond to this email. I had to spend hours travelling back and forth to collect my parcel. Once I opened the parcel, the packing slip inside had the incorrect address on it. Therefore, this must have been Vanessa Mooney’s fault. Their refusal to do anything to correct their error is very disappointing. I will not be ordering from them again. I would not recommend ordering from them. If there are any issues, it seems like they will be very reluctant to help.

Update: The response to this review is not accurate. The parcel was shipped to the incorrect address. The address was then changed by me to a parcel shop, because they had shipped it an hour and half away from where I live. This was my only way of getting the parcel. If I had let it go to the random house they had shipped it to, then I wouldn’t have been able to receive it and it would not have been returned to the company. I can see the address I entered at checkout is different from the address on the packing slip that the company put inside the parcel. The company has still provided no proof that it was ever shipped to the correct address. It would be much better to take responsibility and apologise instead of lying. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs!!

Response: I can see the address I entered at checkout in my confirmation email and it is my correct address and is different to the various labels on the parcel and the packing slip inside the parcel, that you put in there. I do not appreciate you insinuating that this was my fault. I entered the correct address and you sent it miles away. I have proof of this. I was upset because I had to spend hours travelling to get the parcel and you are continuing to lie. I have only posted a review to warn others. Thank you for responding and offering a discount, but I do not wish to order from you again in case it is sent to the wrong address.
