I am a new user with this company, with the new user confusion. I used their online chat, and after a short chat with AI, was promptly put through to a human! I spoke with Chris, who was extremely helpful and patient with me, and was able to answer all of my queries- very professional, very quick- excellent service

Worst company ever two times I lost money when they withdrew my application for no reason oh we wanted to confirm your address and you didn’t respond that’s why

I applied for DBS and after 4 months they withdraw my application and this is the second time after 4 months they asked me to confirm my address which I did they said you respond late no call it’s crazy
