Rahim was a delight to work with in finding me the right vehicle. Professional, patient and communicative his handling of the process from initial meeting, subsequent meeting to further discuss and finalise the order through to the build and handover stage were exemplary. Though it may be a few years away, we are very happy customers and would buy again. Indeed my wife bought her car from Rahim 12 months ago.

An efficient check-in service via pre arrival online enabled me to be taken at 08.00. My car was ready for collection at 09.30 having passed its MOT. Further work including oil change, brake fluid change was strongly recommended. My car was given a complimentary car wash and valet clean. Customer service was of a high standard. Thank you.

You cant talk a person in service, absolutely ridiculous!
They charge enough to be able to afford sufficient staff to handle calls.

I rate Sytner BMW High Wycombe very highly. They diagnosed and sorted my S55 engine noise quickly plus did a full service. Great communications and dealer reception! 5-star recommended.

Absolute joke of a system. There is nothing you can do to talk to an actual person in service. Use Whatsapp (which is slow to respond) or wait for a call back.
I DON'T WANT A CALLBACK, I want to talk to someone.
Happy to take my business elsewhere.

Amazing service from start to finish!

Tim was absolutely fantastic. I enquired about a car on Tuesday, and he called me back promptly. We had a great conversation, and he took the time to answer all my questions. Most importantly, he matched everything perfectly to my budget and found exactly the car I was looking for.

A solid 10/10 for Tim.

I was running a little late on the day of collection, but Tim kindly stayed behind after hours to make sure all the paperwork was completed and personally handed over my lovely BMW.

I came to Sytner High Wycombe through recommendation from a friend . I purchased a vehicle from them in 2018 and have continued to engage with them since then even though I live about 40miles away from High Wycombe . I go there for all my car service requests and find them very pleasant, professional and always adaptable to my service needs which always gives me peace of mind. They have excellent customer service staff, fantastic and friendly sales staff who are always at hand to explain issues that you seek clarification for

New call centre is rubbish -I preferred talking to human beings!
Not the sort of cost cutting exercise I would expect from a premium brand like BMW.
The service however at HW was fine..
