Dealing with Ellie in the service team at Sytner High Wycombe was a breath of fresh air. I recently bought a car from a well-known online car retailer and was left with an EML (engine management light) issue for nearly 30 days post-collection. Once the retailer accepted the car needed repair at a main dealer, Sytner High Wycombe stepped in and exceeded expectations. They replaced the DPF sensor, carried out a wheel alignment, and fitted a replacement battery all free of charge. Clear, open communication throughout, thoroughly professional, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. In fact, I'm now purchasing a service plan from this dealership based on that experience alone. An amazing customer journey.

The service centre were so understanding when I had a last minute change of plans. Rebooked easily. Then when I did arrive, was such a seamless experience. Arrived, within minutes was booked in and I was off. Efficient communication through to collection. Same again then, turned up, they explained all, paid and I was on my way in minutes - with a very clean car! Great service - really good experience. Well done BMW and well done High Wycombe - Maidenhead is good, High Wycombe is excellent.

Yet again Sytner at High Wycombe surpassed my expectations and that is why I drive from central London to have my car serviced here. Martin in the service dept rang to sort everything out including the motor starter recall and added the annual service.total time I spent on sat morning only 2 hours . Car immaculately cleaned as a bonus .

Our car came to you for recall work for starter motor replacement. Whilst with you our car was involved in a collision.
We were informed by yourselves that grill had been damaged and a new one had been ordered and it would be delivered the next day. We were also sent a photo of the front of the car showing the damage. Photo clearly showed more damage than just the grill. We visited the garage later that day to see the damage for ourselves. Much to our amazement, we were told to we should consider ourselves fortunate as our car was the least damaged of the several that were involved in the incident.
Sytner did not provide a courtesy car at this point as we were told none were available.
After suggesting we hire one and giving the bill to Sytner an electric vehicle was made available for us to collect the following day.
We said we had no way of charging the vehicle at home so an electric vehicle was not really suitable, and as the damage to our car was far more extensive than the broken grill initially stated we were going to need the replacement vehicle for more than a few days.
Having been told that only electric vehicles were used as courtesy cars and us telling Sytner that the following week we were going on holiday to rural Somerset where the house we were staying at had no means of charging the vehicle, nor was there anywhere near to charge it, a 1 series petrol vehicle became available somehow.
We were grateful for this although it was going to be a bit tight for space with our dogs and luggage.
Sytner said they would keep us informed of the progress of our repair but did not.
The afternoon the day before we were going away, having just filled the tank of the courtesy car we were called by Sytner to say our car was ready to collect. After some discussion Sytner agreed to refund me for the fuel I had just put in the car.
We have had quite a bit of inconvenience because of this incident, and now have a vehicle that has been involved in a accident so we are not that impressed with Sytner

A very professional dealership, you feel you are getting an honest and straightforward service and are looked after throughout. The waiting lounge is very handy to work in whilst waiting, but a bit deadly seeing all those shiny BMW's in the showroom :-)

Sytner from arranging the test drive, to keeping in touch, getting the car ready, and handover. I like it when sales reps go the extra mile. Overall very pleased with my new car purchase.

I took my car in For 11am, for a MOT and brake fluid change. It took until 1pm to be advised of an MOT failure, this seems to be an extortionate amount of time, knowing that I was waiting for the car. I needed two new tyres, and this took until 2.30. Not happy about this, but the lady who was dealing with this in the showroom was very helpful, kind and polite, and kept me informed, so my thanks to her.
