Car collected on time, recall airbag work done,
Bodywork quote given. Following general report on car satisfactory however it was noted that the bonnet would it open.i think this should have been worthy of a phone call so that this could have been attended to there and then as returning the car in this condition was unsatisfactory.

Purchase of USED BMW X5
I purchased a used car from Sytner High Wycombe. From initial enquiry Tim Bush was fantastic. He was very thorough in ensuring I had all the details on the car and was never pushy and was keen to ensure everything was ok. Tim even came in on his day off on the day I bought the car. The communication was the best i have received from a BMW dealership (others did not even respond to my enquiries inc where i got my previous car from). Daniel Makin who sorted the finance out , again kept me updated along the way even with a few delays.
If you want to buy a used car I would highly recommend going to see Tim Bush at Sytner BMW who will definitely look after you.

Last minute flex to accommodate a service.
I arrived on spec’ Monday morning with the hope of a service (brake fluid & inspection iX3) prior to BCA pickup as the amber had been triggered over the month change while I was away on a trip. Per was particularly helpful in facilitating and his mechanic was really helpful to complete the work prior the pickup. This was all done with minimal notice. Excellent response from Sytner.

Best dealership experience I've had — thanks to Ellie
Dealing with Ellie in the service team at Sytner High Wycombe was a breath of fresh air. I recently bought a car from a well-known online car retailer and was left with an EML (engine management light) issue for nearly 30 days post-collection. Once the retailer accepted the car needed repair at a main dealer, Sytner High Wycombe stepped in and exceeded expectations. They replaced the DPF sensor, carried out a wheel alignment, and fitted a replacement battery all free of charge. Clear, open communication throughout, thoroughly professional, and a genuine pleasure to deal with. In fact, I'm now purchasing a service plan from this dealership based on that experience alone. An amazing customer journey.
