I have recently instructed this company to find a tenant for our flat in East Grinstead.
After reading a one of their reviews I was a little worried they were the right company for us.
I had no reason to worry as the minute we walked into their shop in Cantelope Road I felt reassured, as they were extremely professional and had complete control in finding suitable renters for us throughout the process.
They went out of their way to help us with all sorts of support and made the whole process smooth and stress free.
Everything we asked of them and indeed what they promised was delivered with bells and whistles on and more!
I cannot recommend these ladies Lynda & Wendy enough.

If I could give them no stars I would... both the women Simone and Linda are rude, condescending and derogatory towards both my partner and I. We have been renting through them for nearly three years and they NEVER get round to doing things for the property, it’s always me calling to chase works needing to be done. There is a serious lack of communication between the two of them and to their tenants too. We were left with a gas leak for months and months with two children under 3 years old. I have warned people off renting with them, would warn landlords also and personally would never use them again!!

We moved in to a flat in Forest Row managed by Sussex Lettings. Their service was very good. Any problems with the property (mainly the laundry machine) were dealt with very quickly by Simone and her team. Moving in was very easy. We stayed for a year and left for a larger apartment. We had heard horror stories from friends about some other letting agencies so we were worried about any trouble getting the deposit back. Sussex Lettings was very fair, we cleaned the property as requested and received the full deposit back in good time. Thank you!
