Can't fault this Company. Nothing too much trouble. Very supportive and helpful. Anything needs fixing done straight away. Would definitely recommend them to rent from. Rented for 11 years.

Many thanks for taking the time to provide a review. However, we cannot accept it, tempting though it is, as the correct letting agent, similar name, should be the one recognised for their 5 star service to you.
First flat rented through pilgrims they made it so easy from start to finish and were helpful with all the information on what I needed to do seeing as it was my first time

There were a few times where I thought things could have been done a little quicker (I had to go without a shower for a couple of weeks!) and there was a reluctance to fixing things that I thought needed to be fixed but you could also say that that is the nature of renting...
Overall I've had a good experience with Pilgrims Lettings and you can't go too wrong if you choose to do business with them

Many Thanks for your nice review. You were a great tenant and looked after the house very well. Looking back on the records I can see that the bath-shower mixer was found to need parts, which were found not to be available, so we needed to order a new one in a style that went with the basin taps. It did take a few days to arrive so there were several days when the shower was out of action and you would have needed to use the bath. We do try to attend to maintenance immediate but I'm glad your overall experience was very good.
