They produced a beautiful top-quality brochure, and made sure all of the negotiators visited the house and were fully briefed on what it had to offer. They brought the right types of buyers to view our unique property and their sales strategy meant the house attracted several interested potential buyers and offers within a 3 week period. Communication and feedback throughout was excellent. Best offers by the viewing deadline ensured the best price was achieved. Deciding to sell through to completion took less than three months, and we are so happy that the new owners love the house as much as we did.
