We could not fault the Hotel and the staff, everything and everyone where first class .

Great value holidays as always had a small issue which sunshine sorted almost immediately.great feedback deserved as they never fail to provide a great service

good choice of resorts and hotels lots if options for board type and flights .

Finding the holiday for my family was easy, price was very competitive. The whole booking process was simple and didnt take long to complete.

Terrible, had two hand luggage on the way out for three people, left fine, same two bags on the way back same amount of people charged £150 to get on the plane with the handbags

Yes had a good experience using the website, it was a quite straightforward booking process, my only problem was finding one of my flights I had booked outbound on their website, but i resolved the problem eventually, it always good to check the different airlines baggage rules before you fly so you don’t come unstuck on your return journey, looking forward to my holiday in a few months

Never had a bad experience with sunshine. Might not sometimes be the cheapest but because of the communication and service , it is worth the extra few pounds

For the past several years I have purchased all my abroad holidays through either On the Beach or Sunshine. I cant fault them! 8 years ago I encountered an issue with an airline, it was sorted promptly but On the Beach. I won't book my holidays through anyone else.

Had been looking for a cheeky get away for october and got a really good deal at one of our favourite places in turkey booking was really easy as well. We will update after our holibob

Payed for a holiday, cancelled the booking and still took the money.
Use that money to employ some real
people instead of chat bots who help with absolutely nothing but wanting to punch a hole through your screen. Sunshine.. you have not made my sun shine.

After the company cancelled my husband's first payment, they redirected my husband to click on the separated link which was sent through their email. My husband successfully paid through this link, and he got the company's confirmation that he had paid for the booking. However, a few minutes later, his booking was cancelled. We tried to contact the company through the chat bot and phoned them a few times within their working hour, but there has been no reply from the phone, and we have got reply from the chat bot: "Because cancellations made by ourselves, require specialist handling, our Live Chat team isn't able to manage them here. Everything you need to resolve this will be outlined right inside that email." We actually got an email saying: " You're offically going on holiday - woohoo!" with the attachment of the booking cancellation. What a laughter !! Is this what you call 'BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE', Sunshine?

My husband checked his bank account and found that the two same payments were pending, and what he has received is this confusing joke.

We will wait till 7 p.m tomorrow, which will make up 48 hours since the booking in order to file the Credit Card dispute.

Update: Today Sunshine explained that the booking cancellation had been done before the payment had gone through, so they refunded the payment without any retribution for their mistake. Now we have to book our holiday on a more reliable website.

Lovely holiday place very basic but spotlessly clean could not fault it .every think you needed pool etc and on day of travel shower room clean and staff friendly only one thing the transfer from hotel to airport should be made clearer where pick up is from if same place say that we done live in area so not shore where things are and let people now if running late cheers for lovely holiday once more great location

Always book with sunshine, never had any issues

Overall a good hotel, but tired of same menu everyday. Trip to Cairo was awesome to see the pyramids up close was surreal and bemuse how they were built.
