We bought the Riddell SpeedFlex Adult Football Helmet for our 16-year-old son. The order was processed swiftly; delivery was very fast, too. The helmet and accessories are excellent. Customer service was very helpful all the way. happy to report a sensational shopping experience!

Staff was cordial and prompt to respond- item ordered was out of stock from manufacturer and took a lot longer to receive the product than originally given due date.

Ik als persoon heb gewerkt via het platform YoungOnes. Ik probeer ze overal op te bereiken. Geen gehoor!!! Afschuwelijk als je hebt gewerkt en geen gehoor krijgt al langer dan een week. Ik krijg het hoofdkantoor niet te pakken qua mail of bellen. Alle winkels die te maken hebben met sprinter. Hebben geen geldig telefoonnummer. Wat een afschuwelijke communicatie. Gatverdamme!! Geen gehoor niet te bereiken. Waarom huur je dan freelancers in als je zelf nooit te bereiken bent. Ik wil een antwoord terughebben en duidelijkheid. Dat is mijn recht. Waarom ze niet te bereiken zijn. Terwijl ze een hoofdkantoor hebben. Wat een onzin!! Ik ben boos en zo bos dat ik bereid ben om naar het hoofdkantoor te gaan!! Het gaat hier om andermans brood!

Delivery was prompt and the product was excellent

The helmet is missing some of the hardware to install the face mask. It is supposed to come with 2 plastic tabs, one for each side, and it only came with 1. However they sent me the correct pieces right away.

I ordered two stadium seats. About two weeks later I was told that only one was available and was shipping. There was a $30 discount for spending over $200. I had purchased an ornament to get the total over $200. Now I have received the one seat and ornament with no discount about a four days before Christmas.
This is not the way you do business. I should have been notified immediately that only one seat was available or even better, I should have never been allowed to purchase 2 in the first place.
If you don’t manufacture the items, you have to know the availability at the time of order.
I feel like I got tricked into buying items for a discounted price and then sold one at regular price.
Poor way to do business. Poor way to handle a problem that was not my fault at all. I should have received the one item at a discount at the very least.
I should have received a phone call or email giving me options on what to do. But instead I now have to handle a return or just get screwed.
Never, ever would I buy anything or suggest anyone else does from this company.

I ordered this on December 8th I figured it would be here by now. I can understand if there was a delay but I have been given no update.

The helmet was great. Great customer support. Do deliver on time.

I took a long time for the product to get here. Your customer service department was very quick to answer my in query as to what the problems were with the manufacturer. When the product finally arrived (in time for Christmas), I was quite pleased…earrings for my wife.

I love the ornament and they arrived in plenty of time.

Advertised free shipping but did not give on my order during check out. Order was not heavy but still did not qualify, tried to cancel and they said it had already shipped so now I will return and have to eat the shipping charges.
