Good selection and quick shipping. Although I was surprised, there was a restocking fee deducted from my return.

The helmet I bought did not have a smooth finish. It was sticky and the clear coat was peeling off with in a week of arrival.

I believe your prices are higher than others .

I placed an order with sports unlimited from Canada. I don’t often write reviews, but this company was amazing to deal with.
A pair of shoes that we bought ended up ripping and they helped us replace them.

The first order was too big. Reordered correct size and received a label to return first order. Only negative, but didn't make a difference to us was no exchanges.

I would rate it zero stars if that was an option. I ordered something on a Tuesday morning (7:45 their time) and paid the extra amount for two day shipping. Their website states they had over 400 pair in stock and would ship same day if ordered before 3 pm.

Received an email the same day confirming my order and that I’d get another email with shipping info. On Friday (after expecting them Thursday), I called. Got a voicemail. Sent an email to request an update using the info from my order confirmation email. Get a response back from Lyndsey that she would check with the manufacturer since they were being shipped directly from their warehouse. Mind you, I didn’t order from TCK originally because they didn’t show enough stock in the size/design I needed. SEVEN days later I still had zero response until I left a voicemail requesting a refund. I received an email confirming the refund had been processed. No apology for no follow up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Stay away from this company. If you need football gear use green gridiron. Sports Unlimited shipped me a scuffed up "NEW" $550 Football Helmet. I returned it and they claimed I caused the damage. The funny part is one of the scratches is so deep that it could only be done by some sort of machine as it didn't remove any paint. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY. Very poor customer service and they will blame you if they send you used equipment when you thought you were purchasing new equipment.

i ordered on may 7th and my order is still in waiting on the same status. i am wondering if i will get my order one day. or else i will cancel it

I wasn't sent the color l ordered. When l called to have the right item sent, the women on the phone, gave me such a run around. I threw the items in the trash. I just figured l got screwed again

I'm based in the UK, and if you're buying products from a US site, you worry about its legitimacy, how long it'll take to deliver to you and your right to consumer service if anything goes wrong. I ordered from Sports Unlimited, and it was incredibly smooth. Good information on despatch and delivery, and it arrived in days, much earlier than I expected. And I got a great deal on a quality product, thank you.

Speed flex Helmet is great however when ordered and paid delivery after it arrived a few weeks later I got a letter saying I have to pay Fedx another 75 quid for customs. defo not gonna buy agin from here only cause of this charge other than that it’s good.

I always have the best customer service and attention to detail. 10/10. Fast shipping and great quality products.
