Disappointed
The order was canceled several days after it was initially confirmed. It seems odd that you would not know the contents of your warehouse prior to accepting the order. When I reached out to express my disappointment, I received no response.

Nice Customer Service
It was was not so much the buying experience as it was the customer service. I became concerned when I did not have any kind of follow-up on the shipping of the order, and I e-mailed to ask about it. I got an almost immediate reply and an answer, and indeed the package arrived soon after. I appreciated the response.

Product looks great
Product looks great. Only issue I had is I paid to have it assembled and everything was individually wrapped and not installed. Other than that everything was flawless.
