Excellent customer service
There was a problem with my initial order not showing up. When I reached out to the company they were with me every step of the way. They emailed me constantly and reassured me I would get a second order with no trouble. They were right. My second order arrived and it was perfect. I highly recommend them.

I just love my tumbler I had ordered…
I just love my tumbler I had ordered one a few years back and I carry it everywhere. One day forgot it at work , and was lost without it. So I ordered 2 more just for that reason. It keeps ice longer than other tumblers. You guys keep on my hole cabinet will be filled with your tumblers..lol Great job guys

Shipping issue causes lower overall rating
i am rating this experience as 2 stars solely because of how long it took to receive the items.
i ordered 2 tumblers at the beginning of Dec and was told that they would be delivered in time for Christmas - which was good because they were Christmas presents.
unfortunately, though, they did not arrive before Christmas.
even so, i will say that the tumblers are beautifully done and work well. my wife loves hers even though i wasn't able to give it to her on Christmas.
my only recommendation would be for the company to make sure to let potential buyers know that because of where the items ship from, that the shipping time could be up to 6 weeks (as in my case).
the company was understanding in why i was upset and did offer to refund the shipping cost, which was appreciated.
overall, outside of the shipping issue, this is not a bad company to do business with.

Unbelievably slow order process
Unbelievably slow order process! I placed my order on December 14th knowing it would be late for Christmas, but based on what I seen, believed I would receive the order the following week. I didn't receive my order until January 11th. The orders from 64Hydro are direct shipped from China and therefore you have to wait for the order to clear customs. Never ordering from them again.

I ordered two tumblers personalized and only one was delivered. I paid for two. You need to either send the other one or refund me. I bought on the buy one get one free and I paid for the name Arlene on the “Might be water Might be wine tumbler.

Excellent Quality and Workmanship
I purchased four different 30 oz containers for my Pastor and Associate Pastors wives from 64Hydro with their names on them. When they arrived I was amazed at the quality, brilliant colors, and workmanship of the items. They were all beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.
