I was hopeful about this service as it has a London base and my existing bespoke shoe maker is now out of the country. I chose to visit to ensure the computer measurement would be accurate. I wore shoes with the heel height I wanted. The girl operating the scanner measured the heels...which are 3.75 inches. The colour choice of leather was good. I was hopeful.
The wait was lengthy. There was no email to tell me when to expect the package. I had initially assumed a fitting at original premises would be automatic. When they did arrive unannounced, they did not fit well and the heels were 2inches high.
I emailed the proprietor with my resulting disappointment and was told it was my fault for not reading the confirmation email closely. Since I have all clothes and shoes made this was extraordinary: I trust the maker to make accurate measurements. She then offered to make another pair for a lower price, saying I could keep the useless pair, as if a non-fitting, uncomfortable heel height shoe was a bonus. I pointed this out. But there was no easing.
Given that I do have all my shoes made, her customer service was misguided. Not only would I never part with another penny in that direction but I am obviously not going to enthuse to any admirers. Short sighted and bad practice.

Customer service is amazing through there online chat which is located on there website. Good quality shoes and beautiful style . If your looking for amazing unique designed shoes this is the place ! The Solely team are ever so helpful and kind. Will be buying more shoes

I came across Soley Original while searching for someone who could help me to create the wedding shoes I'd been envisioning, but couldn't seem to find. I wasn't able to design the shoes exactly as I wanted using the online design tool, so I spent the next several weeks sharing photos and discussing the details of my design with the customer service representative. The customer services representatives were always so kind and responsive in responding to all of my questions. When I finally received the shoes, I could not have been happier! They are beautifully made, and turned out better than I could have imagined. I can hardly wait to wear them on my wedding day, and would recommend Soley Original to anyone who wants a very special pair of shoes for their special day.

I had my feet scanned at the Spirit of Christmas fare last year and ordered a pair of T-bar shoes which were great. I then ordered the Agnes Red Strappy Sandals and received them last week and they are fabulous. I have wide feet, and to get high heels that fit is great - can't wait to wear them

Wow! Absolutely incredible shoes. I had Solely Original make my wedding shoes which were a replica of a high end shoe that was no longer available and what can I say, they are perfect. I cried when I first opened up the shoe box and tried them on, I felt like an absolute princess and that all my dreams had come true. I would really like to thank you all for doing such an amazing job. I honestly couldn't be happier with the result.

Happy to report that within minutes of my very poor review going live the company called me and the issue is being resolved with replacements offered in time for Christmas.
If they can do this and the shoes are a good fit I will give them 5 stars
I found this company at Spirit of Christmas and ordered a beautiful pair of ballet flats. They arrived when they said they would, they were well made only problem is I take a size 6 in flat shoes these were a wide fitting and at least a size 9, with an inch gap between my heel & the back of the shoe. Their website says if you mail them they will revert in 24 hours I've waited all week & not had the courtesy of a response to any of my 4 e mails. I am happy to return for a refund or visit & give the a second chance. But cant do either if they wont talk to me. I am disgusted by their attitude.

Although the communication was one-sided and I needed to initiate communication to get updates, especially when my shoes originally did not arrive (and I never received notification they had even shipped), my shoes were quickly remade and arrived as ordered. The quality was amazing, and my feet were very comfortable for my wedding day!

I used Solely Original for my bespoke wedding shoes which I wanted to have made in a very particular colour. I have large wide feet and am unable to buy shoes from a normal shoe shop so was extremely excited at being able to have them custom made to fit me. My feet were scanned at the Stylist show at Olympia in November 2018 where I'd seen they had a stand and I chose the design of the shoe there and then. I wanted some additional embellishment and imagined that they would help me source and design the pattern but I ended up doing this myself before sending them off to be added to the shoes mid-production. The shoes arrived after a few months which didn't cause me a problem as I'd ordered them with plenty of time before the wedding and I imagine if you are having a more standard shoe design, it would be quicker. My biggest issue and the reason why I've not given 5 stars is that all communication seemed to be very one-sided and it felt like I was the one always chasing for updates and progress reports. That said, the shoes were absolutely beautiful and more importantly, extremely comfortable, have withstood two full wedding parties abroad and in the UK where I had to stand for hours and not one crystal fell off!

Honest experience the shoes were absolutely appalling for the prices. The company refused to give refund or address the shoes. . Advise be very careful before you order. Make sure you use a credit card. Also be very precise because once they get your money that’s it

I have had great difficulty getting Navy/Midnight shoes so my husband brought me a voucher for this shoe design service. The shoes arrived bright blue not midnight as labelled on the site and ill fitting. After sending several emails, the colour issue was not addressed and the shoes were remade without confirming with me and and arrived in the same bright blue despite my original complaint further requests about the clarification about the colour.
It was then advised that I would need to pay further money if I wanted this fixed. I don’t want these shoes or to deal with this company any more it has been a waste of time and hard earned money. Never again!

I have just received my wedding shoes from Solely Original, being a size 9 foot with bunions I can never find heels that fit me properly or comfortably. Thanks to their precision fit, my wedding shoes fit like a glove and they look amazing! I am so happy with them, could not recommend this company enough! Can't wait to show my shoes off on my big day!

I would have to disagree with the negative feed back.as I have experience the complete opposite. Any issues I had were dealt with efficiently.
The quality of the leather and the fit of the shoes were of a very high standard. I also felt nothing was too much trouble. I have had two pairs of shoes made for me last year and I am in the process of having another pair made. Can’t recommend them enough.

If I could upload the photos of the boots Solely Original made for me, I would not need to write a review as the photos would speak for themselves.... HORRID!
Paid £500 for a pair of leather boots that I wouldn't pay £5 for.
Cheap plasticky leather, ignored the design I requested, cheaply made.
I emailed them initially, sent them photos from every angle of a pair of boots I wanted copied, asked if they had enough information. They said they could copy them no problem, they had the information they needed and if they arrived and they didn't fit properly or I wasn't happy with them, they would have mended them or re-made them completely, FREE of charge. Now that I have received the boots, completely different from what I ordered and paid for, and complained, they asked me for more money to re-make them. I have emails from them proving they said FREE of charge and emails from them now asking me for more money. Not clever from their side.....
I hope this review will avoid other people to become victims of Solely Original.
