Ordered a 5 bottle selection and paid for next day delivery
3 days later after I had to chase them they said the were out of stock on 1 flavour so would send another. They then said they had sent out 3 of the same as they were actually out of stock on 2 flavours.
After I told them I would be returning the order they magically " recalled the post" and said they would not be sending it out.
No refund issue and now ignoring me

NE10 bottles stole the show. The light up bottles are great, the Blood Orange 🍊 was my favourite, the Pink Apple and the Black Cherry went down really well. Lush flavours, super bottles and great times had. Thanks NE10 !! 👻

NE10 has to be the best Vodka I've ever drank by a country mile, it even comes in a variety of different flavours each one has a unique taste which we love.

This vodka is the best I’ve ever tasted! I’ve tried all of their flavoured vodkas. My favourite is the black cherry - although the pink apple comes close. I honestly can’t fault any of the flavours. The actual bottle is a work of art and looks great on my drink shelf.

Tried it straight and didn’t even need a splash of water. I made my Wife her favorite, a French Martini, she thought it was the best ever!

Advertised free vape with order.Didn’t receive so contacted a number of times & finally a response & vape sent.
Received & faulty ignored further emails then a response..After identifying it was faulty & asking for a replacement & to collect the faulty one asking for photographs which we have provided but recusing to put the vape into our mouth to show that it does not light due to feel entirely uncomfortable with this,they can investigate upon it’s return..still no response…
