Beautiful sandals, made to match a design of some very old but comfortable sandals. I have just ordered a second pair in a different colour as I am so pleased with them. I would highly recommend this company!

I ordered shoes for my wedding from Solely Original. Initially, the design process went smoothly. In the end, however, it took more than 10 weeks for me to get my shoes after I was told it would take 6 at most. When I emailed after 5 weeks to check in, they asked a bunch of additional questions that they had forgotten to clarify in the beginning. They then made the shoes in the wrong color and had to remake them, costing additional time. I wasn't able to get my dress fitted correctly at my initial fitting because the shoes hadn't arrived. When they did arrive, they were half an inch shorter than I requested and too small, but there was no time to make any changes because they had taken so much longer on the order to begin with. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere for custom shoes.

I highly recommend Solely Original (SO) to anyone wanting custom shoes or just something different than what is currently available at the shops. Due to having wide calves (42 cm/16.5") , I have been unable to find a pair of basic, knee-height, black leather boots with a 110 mm (4") heel for years. SO crafted exactly what I wanted, using soft, supple leather inside and out. The one part of the boots that I was not 100% happy with was the outsole, I had assumed they would be leather, but they were not. Based on everything else that was perfect about the process and final result, SO is still a 5 star company providing a 5 star product.

Throughout the process, from ordering swatches to delivery of the boots, the SO team was kind, helpful, and prompt with addressing any questions or concerns. Once ordered and paid for, the boots were crafted and delivered to my house in the U.S. in about six weeks.

I did not use the bespoke fitting service, instead I order 1/2 of a size larger in European sizes than I normally wear (I sized up to a 40), and found the boots to run just slightly small as they fit like a 39.5. I would be interested in using the bespoke fitting service in the future to see if that would make a difference in the fit.

I ordered from Solely Original because of their bespoke / precision fit shoes. As a transgender, I have very large (size 10-11 wide) feet and have never been able to wear 4-inch heels for more than an hour sitting or standing. After remaking the shoes 4 times with Solely Original, I now have heels that I can wear comfortably for 4-8 hours, depending on whether I am in a mall walking all day or in the office sitting at my desk most of the day. Before Solely Original, it was impossible for me to wear patent leather heels because patent leather will not stretch. With Solely Original, I can finally wear patent leather heels and I am VERY pleased!

I will have to say even with bespoke shoes that are built precisely for your feet, they are still 4-inch heels and not a pair of tennis shoes. It will never be as comfortable as tennis shoes, but it will be the most comfortable 4-inch heels you will ever buy. Part of the reason why my heels had to be remade 4 times is because I was trying to make 4-inch heels as comfortable as tennis shoes, but finally realized that my expectation that was unrealistic.

The quality and construction of the shoes is solid and practical oriented. They may not be as refined as super-brands like Christian Louboutin, but the shoes have durable and easy-to-care rubber outsoles, cushy insoles, and are very appropriate for everyday casual and office use (or special occasions depending on the design and material choices) with extended wear times.

The best indication of my satisfaction is the fact that I reused my precision fit measurements from the first pair to order 5 more pairs in different color and material combinations. In other words, very satisfied. I have also noticed that you can request design/material/colors beyond what is available via the online design tool. If you have a specific style and color in mind, your best bet would be to work with the staff rather than use the online design tool.

Amazing experience with precision fit shoes. Cast making kit came quickly and was easy to use with the instructional video. Shoes were made and arrived quickly after shipping. They are gorgeous and fit like a glove. The silk is so soft with the perfect sheen, and so smooth. Highly recommended!

Solely Original make bespoke shoes for me as I have awkward feet to fit. They may not get it correct the first time, but they persist until the shoes fit perfectly. They will even remake your shoes for free if you return them in an unused condition. Also they will make slight alterations if necessary.

I ordered ivory silk court shoes for my wedding in a custom fit. When they first arrived they were too small however I emailed customer service and they responded straight away, collected the shoes a few days later and kept me updated. I got my altered shoes just 3 weeks later and they are absolutely perfect. Brilliant customer service and brilliant shoes, very happy customer. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Despite claiming to produce perfect fit they didn't - ludicrously too large in places. Also send in wrong materials / not as agreed. Have lost track of how many poorly fitting shoes they have sent. They still refuse to refund. Even though at the stage of having sent more than 5 attempts at one pair of shoes that don't fit it seems they did not correctly measure my feet instore.

I’ve always had trouble finding stylish shoes that fit. My feet are very wide, and one is bigger than the other. Solely was AMAZING. Terrific customer service and my shoes came out perfectly. I’ll be ordering many more pairs.

I found a picture of a pair of wedding shoes online that I loved, but they weren’t being sold anymore. I searched everywhere, but no luck. I decided to find someone who could make a custom pair of shoes for me and I found Solely Original. I sent them an email with a picture of the shoes that I loved with a description of some custom details, like the size & height of the heel. They replied right away and said they could do it for me, for an affordable price too! They even asked some clarifying questions that I wouldn’t have thought to specify, right down to the shade of crystals on the shoes. I was nervous they wouldn’t arrive in time so I paid for expediting shipping and they arrived quickly, well within the estimated timeframe they gave me. The shoes fit perfect and were exactly what I was looking for! I ordered my standard size US7.5 and it was a perfect fit. They were so comfortable to wear all day at my wedding and I can’t wait to wear them again. Despite being white, they didn’t pick up any stains at all during the outdoor ceremony and pictures. Seriously the perfect shoes! I highly recommend Solely Original. Also, the customer service team is so friendly - the email correspondence is always so nice and helpful. I am so grateful!

I had searched for a great shoe maker that could use my alligator hide to create a beautiful pair of pumps - I found them!! Solely Original created the shoes of my dreams!

I have had S/O make 4 pairs of shoes for me so far. (Three for me, and one for my best friend) All custom designs using their website. The self designing is pretty good, but not quite as many options or as capable as the old Shoes of Prey site.

The molding of your feet is kind of fun, though it would have been a little bit hard without someone to assist you. I had my husband assist and that went well, but I was afraid the molds would be to fragile in the bag they sent so I sent them back in an old shoe box for better protection.

The first pair I got were red metallic CFM Peep-toe Pumps. They turned out so well, and are so great for dancing in, that I got my friend the whole custom shoes/mold thing too! Her shoes turned out great! (A pair of platform wedges.)

Most recently, I became obsessed with the idea of cheating on my husband in a pair of white suede pointy toe pumps! I know crazy, but whatever! I want to! Unfortunately I couldn't find a pair anywhere. I had S/O make a pair for me. They made one pair, but the details where not as I had requested... so after some great conversations with Soleil online, they remade my shoes to exactly what I requested!

Now I have the perfect pair of shoes to cheat in! ;-)

Extremely pleased with a pair of shoes I designed with the help of the team for my sons wedding. Getting the right heel height and finish. Also felt the pricing was not “ out there” which didn’t make it feel like risk with a first order and not knowing their work. Got exactly what I had hoped for. I provided my own material to match the dress I had purchased and also asked them to make a clutch for me. Got exactly what I wanted

My sister and I found this site while looking for shoes for our mother. She is a uk2 but with wide feet, which is difficult to cater for. A lot of shops start at a uk3 so she had been forced to get shoes with straps that could tighten them for the last few years.

When we seen the custom "precision fit" option we knew it was worth a try. We ordered a nice pair of court shoes as a gift for her to try.

My mam and I did the moulds together which was fun. We were sent a pre-paid post bag so I just had to go online and request a pickup.

The shoes came a few weeks later (during the COVID lockdowns so I was impressed with the speed) and they were beautiful quality. They were a little loose around the heel but a quick email and photos of the issue later, we had sent them back for readjustment. They are no perfect and my mother is delighted.

And we can now order her a range of fun shoes that fit and are pretty instead of just function shoes.

I would highly recommend as the quality is really high and the customer support I recieved was extrodinary.

High quality shoes. It took a few back and forth shipments to get the right fit, but I now own a really nice pair of elegant heeled booties that fit my WWWW feet perfectly. I can’t wait to design a fun and wacky pair next!

I can not believe they actually brought my dream to reality the way they did. I am in the United States, provides a drawing and details and asked if they would be able to create my shoes. I received prompt detailed communications the entire process. I am blown away by the material Quality as well as craftsmanship put into my shoes- I received them today after having sent the changes back with the sample shoe they made. The sample was unbelievable - Hand Sewn, details and materials were gorgeous. They were covered with hand sewnAustrian crystals which just come to life. I can’t imagine anyone having done a more beautiful job creating these. I will be back many many times! The customer service and communication made me felt I like my dream was in great hands!

I came across Solely Original online and have been really impressed with their service and shoes. I have problems finding shoes seeing as my left foot is a UK size 6 while my right is size 1. I also have to wear an orthopaedic insole for my right ankle and have had various surgeries on that foot. I went to London to have my feet scanned, both with and without my insole. They took a lot of time and care with me and they took such pride in their shoes. I chose my design and actually emailed afterwards as I had changed my mind about having a bow and they were great about making the change. After a while my shoes arrived and the right shoe (for my problem foot) was slightly too tight. I emailed photos and they remade the shoes and sent me another pair. I was so happy with the result! The shoes are beautiful and comfortable. My friend actually contacted Solely Original to have another glittery pair made for me and these are equally amazing! It’s brilliant to find a company that really cares and gets it right.
