I spent $200 ordered some paint on June 5th, and hasn't received my order in 2 weeks. No customer service phone pickup. Is it a scam website??

I apologize you felt that shipping took too long. I have taken a look at your order and it was placed on the afternoon of Friday May 12. The order was delivered to you on the morning of Friday May 19 making total turnaround 5 business days. We feel this is more than a reasonable shipping time frame.
Excellent price
The price of my purchase was much cheaper than anywhere else. I received it in a timely manner. My only suggestion...notify the customer when the package ships. The same day I was planning to email the company inquiring about my package, I received it in the mail. Very happy with my purchase.

Phantom-runaway Copic markers????
I order some Copic markers from this company on 2/16/2023…… after several emails…. Because they NEVER answer the phone or return phone calls, I still have not received my markers or a refund, and here we are in the middle of March! Although someone has said that supposedly this company has refunded my money…… longest wait time on a refund I have EVER had. This company’s customer service stinks about as bad as a flaming dumpster of used crappy diapers!!!! Don’t waste your time or money ordering from this company ppl.

I sincerely apologize that you did not receive your order in a timely manner. I can assure you that this is not the norm for us. I have confirmed that the order was refunded to your account.
Ordered in January, still hasn't shown up.
I placed an order in January and in March the item still has not arrived. I have contacted customer support by emailing and calling, and have not heard back from them. I hope they will respond soon because I will request a refund.

I do sincerely apologize that you did not receive your order and for the delay in receiving a response from your email. I have confirmed that a customer service rep did reach out to you on March 9 and issued you a refund at that time. We pride ourselves on always providing the best customer service possible and we definitely failed in this instance.

There wasn't any communication on my…
There wasn't any communication on my shipment being processed or when it shipped as there was supposed to be. I received one item with no update on the other two items. I had to email customer service twice just to find out when/if they would arrive. A lot of work for me.
Ultimately I got two out of three. Credit on the third item was prompt.

I do apologize that you did not receive your shipment confirmation. We are looking into why this happens occasionally as we know how important it is that customer's be kept up to date on the status of their orders!

Product was very good. Only disappointment was the amount of time it took to receive. I would use this company again.

Sometimes you get lucky
I was lucky enough to find a vendor who still had a supply of an item which is being discontinued (unless someone picks it up) and was SO HAPPY! Items arrived quickly and superbly packed. Could not have been happier!
