I recently purchased Soley fruit jekry from Costco. The box said 10 mango raspberry and 6 mango blueberry.
16 total... well I received 12 mango blueberry in the box.
Kind of a little annoyed as they are not cheap when you are trying to cleaner ingredients for your children. Not sure I'd purchase again since I didn't get what box label and they shorted me 4 bars.

I have extremely wide feet and therefore it’s very troublesome for me to find well fitting and nice looking shoes. I’ve used their bespoke service for 4 pairs now and I’m very satisfied. It may get some tries to get everything right with the first pair but since their customer service is friendly and helpful this isn’t and issue, and very normal for a bespoke service. High priced you may say but I’d say that you get what you pay for. I’m a very satisfied returning costumer and don’t know what I would do without them.

After a little back and forth to understand my needs and some initial issue with measurements, I visited their office and had a very enthusiastic chat with them. Leaving that day, I felt very excited for my shoes to arrive.

Due to a change in circumstances I needed the heels quicker than planned and the ladies delivered. I love the look, the feel, the fact they match my images almost perfectly, I requested some changes to the image, I can't wait to try these heels with the full outfit and at the theatre.

I did BOTH the remote fitting and sent in casts of my feet AND flew to London and spent an afternoon in their shop getting measured to assure fit for two pairs of boots. They did NOT have a "scanner" (I've used them before when fitted for ski boots). They just took pictures with an IPAD and claimed it was good enough. The first sets of boots arrived unwearable. I am a US 7.5 extra wide. These boots (both pairs) were somewhere around a size 9. And too narrow. And the knee high boots were not only too loose, they were unevenly loose (left to right). I sent them back after going through a huge number of emails, sending photographs, etc over and over. I ordered these boots 11 months ago to wear on my 25th Anniversary cruise.. which departs in 6 days.
The new knee high boots arrived last night. I can't zip them. They are not custom. I don't think anything they do is specifically custom. They slap together premade parts in a Chinese factory with an appalling lack of attention to detail. These are very narrow .. just like off the shelf boots are narrow in the shaft. I have wide calves. They had the audacity to claim that they "used my measurements". There's simply no way.
We are asking for a refund at this point - the whole purpose of having these boots was for the trip. I am skeptical of getting it based on other reviews. But even with boots I couldn't zip, they asked "what other fitting details can you give us." I can't give any. I can't walk in the boots.
The Chinese order material was in the bottom of the box. Regrettably, I don't read Chinese.
All I can say is stay away. False advervising, overpromise, underdeliver. I gave them almost a year to make this right before posting a negative review.

If you look back to 11th October 2023 you’ll see my one star review of Solely Original. I’m sorry to say, one year later my wife is still yet to have a decent pair of shoes that fit her!
Having sent them back once for adjustment they came back feeling as though nothing has been done to them. Having gone through the lengthy process of documenting the bad fitting process again and sending the details in July we are still yet to be offered any resolution to this. I really would have thought a negative review would have received reasonable attention so to turn a one star review into a more positive experience.
Now looking at how to get our money back!

I ordered some beautiful shoe clips! I’ve had many compliments on them. They completely change the look of my shoes, where I’ve been asked if my shoes were new!

Terrible service. My wife has a bunion so many high heels are quite narrow. We travelled to their premises to ensure feet were properly measured. That was a waste of time. The shoes were over a size too large. Eventually, over three returns later, they fitted, sort of. But they looked awful. They were clumpy and looked terrible. We paid extra for express service but in the end, it took months. Eventually, we gave up as we were not getting anywhere.

Fantastic great quality shoes. The most comfortable pair I own.

My 17 year old daughter was born with bilateral clubfeet, and as such she has two different size feet that are also unusually formed, and very small for her age (she would normally wear a child's size 2 and 3). Finding any shoe is always difficult, but finding heels was impossible. Solely Original made her the first and only pair of heels that fit her perfectly. Finding SO was life changing for us. Thank you!

Solely Original is my go to shoe maker! I have had 7-8 pairs made by them so far, and I really appreciate their attention to detail, sizing, and comfort. They will work with you until you get the right fit!

I bought 2 shoe buckles from this terrific company. One is very sparkly and looks just like the Manolo buckles. The other is a little more simple and just dresses up any shoe. I get compliments every time I wear the shoes. I actually put them onto real Manolo shoes that I own and I saved a fortune. My friends saw my buckles and bought them too! Love them!

For anyone struggling to find shoes that really fit this is a great idea. Custom made shoes without the huge expense normally required. I’d definitely recommend them.

Shoe Angels precision fit (easy to follow instructions for a cast of your feet) have excelled again for me with my recent purchase of the Carmen cut out sandals with the 4 inch heels. They are so comfortable to wear and I love the colour and styling. Just perfect!
I have 6 pairs of shoes from the Angels, all highly crafted, the favourites in my shoe wardrobe. I have returned a few for adjustment with no fuss or bother to the Angel team working with me over an email to understand my needs for the perfect fit. The shoes were adjusted and returned to me promptly.

I wanted to design my own wedding shoes for my wedding day which is next year. I also struggle to find shoes that fit my feet. I opted for the made to measure option. (It’s more expensive, however if you struggle finding shoes that fit this is well worth it!)
I found the whole experience very straight forward and easy to communicate with the company.
I shared an image of the design I liked and they were able to replicate it. They managed to design my shoes exactly how is imagined. They are very comfortable with extra padding inside. I can’t wait to wear them on my wedding day and many more events after. Thank you very much for helping me design shoes that fit my small feet!

I was at the Spirit of Christmas show and was looking for stylish but comfortable boots as I have wide feet. I designed a classic style , had the fit process and then some weeks later they were delivered. I am very happy and now looking to purchase another pair as I know they fit and can be worn all day.

My custom 3" heel Flamenco Shoes were exactly as wished for and fitting beautifully right from the box. These are beautiful shoes and beautifully made. I am so happy.

I love the shoes, The padding! The insole support! The quiet soles when I walk! Everything I've ever wanted in a shoe. I paid for the extra custom option, and they didn't get it right first time, but they did remake the shoes as promised. and now i'm getting ready to order more.
