Sinclair VW Cardiff

Simon Clay was extremely helpful and explained all aspects of buying a new VW T-Cross car. I was offered a test drive and Mr Clay made sure I understood each stage involved in the purchase and financing. He went through all the various controls and features of the car which was extremely useful.He was always available if I had a query and kept me informed about the progress and delivery of the car. We have bought a few cars from Sinclair group now and this time still did not disappoint! Rhys at Cardiff VW was superb and even hand delivered a little gift from a well known previous owner which was an outstanding gesture. We chose to go back to VW due to previous sales with both Cardiff and Bridgend branches being very easy and the great level of customer service provided. I’m sure we will be back for an upgrade! Good experience buying new car

Martina was our main point of contact who was superb. Her customer service was excellent, her product knowledge exemplary and her attention to detail could not have been better. During her short holiday period her colleagues Luke and Rhys more than covered her absence by equally superb service. I cannot leave out your female receptionist ( who unfortunately I have forgotten her name) . As the first point of contact she was warm and welcoming. She had an engaging sense of humour and made sure we were comfortable and had drinks prior to meeting your sales team
The car is a dream to drive. Like all electric cars it is more expensive than the petrol and diesel rivals but my short experience ( only 3days of ownership ) makes paying extra worthwhile

My wife and I have bought a number of VW cars from Sinclair (Cardiff). We particularly note the personal care we have always received. I would like to mention our sales executive, Simon Clay, whose care and personal attention made the whole purchase so very easy. The quality of the car (VW Touareg) is without question and it is a perfect vehicle for towing our touring caravan. This is my 4th purchase at the Cardiff…
This is my 4th purchase at the Cardiff branch again, not the best experience. Vehicle was not handed over by the person dealing with my order they were in a meeting. New insurance paperwork that I was told would have been completed but not. The gentleman and then over the vehicle Promised to send me paperwork on the service packages, but this did not happen. Even all gifts such as flowers, not a big thing, but would’ve been nice as I know of a dealerships in the brand do this. I would just like to say, I have had much better experiences ordering from the Newport branch and the Swansea branch. The delay in the service paperwork has meant I have now gone over a month so they now want to charge me hundred pound more. Not the best experience for you spending over £40,000.
Having had conversations with Sinclair Cardiff. They have dealt with my position and rectified the situation. Thank you for listening. Review has been upgraded.
