So quick and responsive

I purchased a car through these guys but when I picked up the car there was no v5 (log book) the dealer expected me to pay for this when this was not my fault so firstly I got that sorted and car finance 247 agreed to pay the fee for this but then when I went to tax it it got declined at the post office and had to call dvla they advised I had to declare the car off the road and post an application for the log book which would take upto 6 weeks on top of this the car was sluggish an wouldn’t even go up the smallest of hill whilst driving , the dealer picked up the car after I complained to car 247 and the was advised there was nothing wrong with the car and the dealer would help with tax at this point I had to pay for a hire car as car 247 and the dealer refused a courtesy car ( apparently they are not obliged to supply this ) then to get told by car 247 that the dealer has found no faults and they would would help with the v5 and taxing the car but wouldn’t deliver it back so I’ve had to pay more money on top of hire car to get my car back only to be told if I don’t pay the tax upfront I’m still in the same situation waiting for 6 weeks I said to the dealer that not having a logbook was not my fault they blamed car247 I then said again that’s not my problem I want it sorted whoever it is I then get a message from the dealer saying they have sorted it through car247 agreeing to pay the tax so I don’t have to wait 6 weeks but all of this stress and cost has completely made me feel I don’t trust car247 anymore I have spent a fortune in the last 2 week from paying deposit paying to travel and collect the car then having the stress of faults and not being able to tax it the paying fo hire car and having to pay for my car to be delivered back to even though none of this was my fault so I’m now massively disappointed and annoyed an stressed and out of pocket when it’s meant to me stress free and easy my experience has definitely not been

I must say went to several other brokers and they struggled to get me a lending for the car I wanted and I must say Reginald Reeves managed to get everything done in 24 hours from me putting my application in and getting payment over he amazed me with what he was able to do I must say I would give him 10 stars if I could thanks Reginald Reeves.

Car finance 247 are a very good company to use for car finance. They made the process very simple and offered me plenty of options.

Lewis Richardson helped me with my quote, was very helpful and even managed to get a better deal for me with the finance company and had excellent communication throughout the process.

From start to finish the whole thing was sinple and stressless, everyone i spoke to or dealt with were very helpful and went out of there way to help me. I would recommend and will defo use them in the future again.
