No Proper answers was provided to me at the gas station as to why i was unable to redeem the gist cards and the representative showed attitude for no reason. Had a bad interaction and will never visit again

Ich war Jahre lang Club Shell VPower Mitglied. Diese Jahr habe ich den Vertrag rechtzeitig gekündigt aber es wurde mir automatisch mit einem Monat verlängert ( nach neue Dieb Maßnahmen)... es wurde mir von mein Konto das Geld 11,99€ abgebucht , ohne die 150 L Tankvolumen auf die Tankkarte zu bekommen. Ich habe hunderte Mals Service Shell kontaktiert, aber die Diebe
wollten mir kein Geld zu erstatten und auch kein Tankenvolume gutschreiben. Die lügen dass die die 150L gutgeschrieben habe obwohl wurde das nie.

... kann vor dem Shell-V-Powervertrag nur warnen. Man muss aufpassen, sonst bekommt man das Sprit-Restvolumen und ggf. auch die Punkte gestrichen. Das Timing der Vertragsverlängerung ist absolut wichtig! Bin jetzt im dritten Jahr und habe bisher 2 x verlängert. Jedes Mal mit Problemen und NULL-Support durch das Shell-Call-Center!
Der Sprit ist aber m.E. ok. Tanke Diesel und bilde mir ein, dass der Motor deutlich ruhiger läuft als mit normalem Diesel.

I am writing a one-star review for the Shell gas station because while in Michigan I purchased several shell gift cards physical gift cards and then now I am not able to use these gift cards as payment method in the app or anywhere that you can use an e-gift card and I need any gift card and the gift cards are not interchangeable you cannot use a shell gift card for anything other than gas and merchandise at a Shell gas station and you cannot change it into an e-gift card or use it as a payment method to get an e-gift card you have to buy any gift card and use it as such and if you have a physical gift card you have to use it as such you cannot use it in the app or any other way and so for me that is very disappointing and costly and has caused me a lot of frustration as I have these physical cards and it is and almost 2 hour drive to the nearest Shell if I could make them into an egift card the problems would go away immediately but Michelle is behind the times so I'm leaving a poor review they do need to get with The times they are behind in this way e-gift cards and gift cards and digital and physical money should all be fluid and interchangeable and they are behind the times and need to be updated and when they update this issue I will gladly give them a five-star rating

Jeg skulle sende en pakke med dao med noget brugt tøj, som jeg havde solgt. Ekspedienten sagde, at den var sendt (virkede lidt usikker), hvilket den viste sig ikke at være. Jeg fik derfor ikke mine penge (af køberen), og nu aner jeg ikke, hvor min pakke er. Chefen på tanken sagde, at jeg skulle tage den med ro (der var gået 3 dage) og vente nogle dage.

Samstagabend 15.02.2025: Absolut unfreundliche und unfähige Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse. Wollte Zigaretten kaufen, beim bezahlen bemerkte ich, dass es eine große Schachtel war, hab dann freundlich gesagt, dass ich eine kleine Schachtel möchte. Daraufhin schnippisch der Kommentar: „Das sagt man eigentlich vorher“. Hab sie dann gefragt ob ich hier in der Servicewüste gelandet bin?! Daraufhin gibt sie mir das Rückgeld und sagt: „ Verlassen Sie jetzt die Tankstelle“. Ich sage, bitte tauschen Sie mir die Schachtel in eine kleine um. Daraufhin sie, sie weiß nicht wie das geht. Nach weiterem hin und her hab ich die Tankstelle verlassen, hab sie wissen lassen, dass das Konsequenzen haben wird.
Bisher immer alle Mitarbeiter top, aber das heute war ein Flop.
Werde ab jetzt konsequent bei Aral tanken. (Ach ja, ihre unverschämten Kommentare habe ich extra nicht erwähnt, damit die Rezension nicht zensiert wird)

Habe 2 Bremslichtbirnchen gekauft,die mit 2,79 EUR deutlich ausgezeichnet waren.Kassiererin verlangt 4,99 und reagiert auf Reklamation arrogant,der Scanner habe recht,das Schild an der Ware interessiere nicht.
Extrem kundenfeindlich,betrete diesen Laden nie wieder.

An zwei Tankstellen waren die Mitarbeiter nicht in der Lage Punkte einzulösen. Training könnte evtl. Helfen

Bekommen ihre technischen Probleme an den LKW Zapfsäulen nicht in den Griff. Reparatur dauert teilweise Monate…., manche der Tankwarte sehr unhöflich…
Werde diese in Zukunft meiden

Sehr saubere und moderne Tankstelle mit großem Shop und Bistro.
Große Auswahl an Getränken und leckere Auswahl im Bistro. Hier finde ich immer etwas für meine Pause. Ich liebe es mich in die gemütliche Sitzecke zu chillen während meiner Mittagspause. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle sehr nett und wenn es die Zeit zulässt auch mal auf ein Schwätzchen zu haben.
Die Preise sind Tankstellenmässig. Teilweise sogar günstiger als beim Bäcker.
Selbst die Toiletten sind sehr gepflegt und werden wohl öfter gereinigt. Zumindest sehen sie so aus.
Ich bin gerne hier und kann das nur weiter empfehlen hier mal Halt zu machen.

Ich wollte letzte Woche beim Tanken meine gesammelten Punkte für die Bezahlung einsetzen ( ca 7500) da diese im Februar verfallen würden.
Habe also den Kassierer gesagt, ich würde gern mit Punkten bezahlen.
Antwort: davon habe ich noch nie gehört.
Habe also normal bezahlt und bin gegangen Habe mich über die Art und Weise so geärgert - habe nochmal dort angerufen und empfohlen bei Gelegenheit doch mal zu lesen was alles man mit seinen Punkten machen kann, hat er nun wohl, aber meinte ich hätte gesagt das sind etwa 47€ und das wäre ja falsch gewesen.
Müsste er nicht gesagt haben - achso sie wollen ihre Punkte einlösen, nein er spielte sich lieber als King im Gebäude auf.
Hat mich unglaublich geärgert .

Das für Luft 1€ bezahlt werden muss, ewig dazu noch brauch und nachgeworfen werden muss, ist wirklich frech und abzocke Gibt erst wieder mehr sterne wenn luft umsonst ist.

I would like to first tell everyone to not use your card at the pump ! I had $75 to my name , to get me thru til payday . I pulled up to get gas , put my card in , they locked my car for the full $75 without giving me any gas!!!causing me to lose my job because I could not get there . I had no friends or family to lend me any , and all the customer service said was it would take 7to 10 bussiness days to be returned . They never answered my question as to why they took my money without me owing them for anything !!!! I DID NOT recieve any gas at all . How is this not theft ? How are they allowed to just put a hold on my money when I didn’t recieve any of their services ? This seems illeagle to me and $ I agree that $75 ain’t a lot of money to most people , I get it , but I was going thru a divorce , some guy without insurance hit my car , so I had to come out of my pocket for repairs and I was struggling . As long as I had a job to keep Me atleast above water until this lawsuit was over , but the shell cost me my job , by taking my money and holding it for 7 days so they should be in some way held responsible , but I didn’t even get a simple apoligy . So if anyone is considering getting gas at the pump . I would go somewhere else , and I’m currently looking into filing a lawsuit .

Ich war vor Weihnachten an der Shell Tankstelle in Plauen zum tanken und dachte-tu deinem Auto mal was Gutes und tanke V-Power da ich eine längere Autobahnfahrt vor mir hatte. Ich kannte V-Power von früher her und war immer sehr zufrieden-deshalb auch dieses Mal die Entscheidung. Hätte ich bloß wie immer Super gedankt dann hätte ich mir viel Geld sparen können denn ich hätte für ca. 400 km nur 29 Liter gebraucht- durch V-Power benötigte ich dann allerdings 39 Liter. Auch das Fahrverhalten war anders… nicht so spritzig. Hat es ein so großes Unternehmen denn nötigt die Kunden abzuzocken in dem sie V-Power verkaufen das von der Qualität her nicht das hält was es verspricht. Ich werde nie wieder V-Power tanken - und was ich so gelesen habe mit dem Punktesystem bzw. der 2 Cent Gutschrift musst ich auch noch sehr genau prüfen.

Leider muss man einen Stern vergeben, um eine Bewertung abgeben zu können, ansonsten hätte ich 0 Sterne für die Tankstelle in Delmenhorst an der Oldenburger Landstr. 1 vergeben.

Man kann dort nicht nur Tanken, sondern auch einen vorhandene Hermes Paketshop bei Bedarf nutzen.
Am 17.12.2024 wollte ich den besagten Paketshop erstmalig nutzen. In diesem Zusammenhang habe ich mich im Vorfeld über die notwendigen Rahmenbedingungen (zulässiges Gewicht und Paketgröße) informiert und auch umgesetzt. In Glauben nun mein Paket im Paketshop abgeben zu können, habe ich mich nun auf den Weg gemacht. An der Kasse angekommen, stand eine sehr unfreundliche Dame, die mir sofort zu verstehen gab, dass das Paket zu groß wäre. Sie hat sich noch nicht einmal die Mühe gemacht, meine Angaben (Gewicht und Größe) in Bezug auf das Paket zu überprüfen.
Da ich wusste, dass mein Paket allen Hermesanforderungen entsprach, habe ich versucht, dass Paket im nächsten Paketshop (Westfalen Tankstelle, Oldenburger Str.) abzugeben. Und siehe da, die Dame an der Kasse hat nach einer gründlichen Überprüfung, dass Paket übernommen und auf die Reise geschickt. So kann Dienstleistung auch gehen und das vor Weihnachten.

Ich persönlich werde die Tankstelle an der Oldenburger Landstraße 1 in Delmenhorst nie wieder anfahren!
Das Verhalten ist in meinen Augen absolut geschäftsschädigend und sollte vom Inhaber auch durch geeignete Maßnahmen gemaßregelt bzw. beeinflusst werden.
