Omijajcie tę stację, jeśli zależy Wam na automatyzacji księgowości. Mimo że mamy kwiecień 2026, BP nadal nie wysyła faktur z kas do systemu KSeF, zasłaniając się "dwufazowym wdrażaniem". Co gorsza, obsługa na miejscu wprowadza w błąd, twierdząc, że faktura trafi do systemu.
​Efekt? Zamiast automatycznego rozliczenia, zostajecie z papierkiem, który trzeba ręcznie przepisywać. W 2026 roku to archaiczne podejście i czysta strata czasu dla każdego przedsiębiorcy. Ja wracam na stacje, które szanują czas klienta i ogarniają technologię. Nie polecam.

Visited today and was appalled by the state of the restrooms. The facilities are filthy, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable for a major service station. This is a disgrace to the BP brand and needs urgent attention from management."

The lady was so rude at the west side store in Muscatine. She did the wrong transaction and then screamed at me for her mistake. Have had water in their gas and they are so rude. Would be better with a kwik star by the school more options less cockroaches and rudeness. The owner is a creep staring at women like pieces of meat. This store needs closed. It has been so terrible that they close at like ) pm most nights. Won’t be going back and in a small town definitely spreading the word.

Car park spaces available but rubbish all around.
Make toilets functioning but filthy , with strong smell of urine. Female toilets ok.

We stopped off at the Service Station Brampton Hut,PE28 4NQ, for a quick coffee and being a bit doddery I didn’t use the automatic order machine correctly. This meant that the young man on duty had to spend his time to pleasantly explain and then making sure we were served with what we wanted. I’m sorry to have forgotten his name but I want to commend his attitude and professionalism.

BP Rontec Alnwick, Northumberland been going there for their ultimate petrol for years but never again. A particularly rude female member of staff who I dread being at the counter whenever I need to go decided to get verbal with me and another female customer over absolutely nothing. She is generally passive aggressive with everyone from what I've discovered after speaking with other locals. I don't know her name but i can honestly only describe her as the butch blonde one. Every other member of staff are perfectly decent. I don't like writing bad reviews but enough is enough BP. Also the fact that she's worked their for years tells me the management are obviously feared of her or just want a quiet life. Disgraceful behaviour, shall now be going elsewhere.

Once oil prices go up pump prices go up instantly but once oil drop prices stay just where they were at..

Poor experience here today. I decided to check my tyre pressure. The machine made a funny noise and completely deflated my tyre. I went in to report this and ask the staff to put an 'out of order' sign up so noone else had the same problem. They refused to do so. I have raised with BP directly.

Bp m + s colchester ipswich road, husband is dyslexic and twice now has been pushed to self serve , he panics and forgets things when this happens has complained twice no one cares... not everyone can operate these self service checkouts and on the second occasion the chocolate bar ,he was buying for me , was thrown onto checkout counter by cashier. Sll because my husband struggles and feels embarrassed outing his condition in public!

Dame achter de broodjes counter krapt zichzelf tijdens het maken van broodjes en werkt zonder handschoenen, broodje niet mee genomen. Misschien optie om de dames met handschoenen te laten werken wel zo hygienisch.

Hoy día, 22 de Marzo 2026, he repostando el BP, Avda. De Fuenlabrada de Leganés, pensando que estaría rebajadael precio, cual ha sido mi sorpresa que estaba 2,90 el diesel, me dice el empleado que bajo para los profesionales, cual ha sido mi malestar que he pasado por varias gasolineras y si tenían el precio bajado. Llevo toda la vida repostando el esa gasolinera, y no volveré a repostar nunca más. Me ha parecido un robo.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company regarding their fuel cards for small businesses. I applied for two of my businesses on the same day—one application was approved quickly and is already up and running, while the other is still stuck under review with no updates.

I have contacted customer service several times and was repeatedly told that additional documents are needed, yet no one has actually reached out to request them. Each time I call, I’m transferred to another team that never answers, which is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time.

The application form itself is only a couple of pages long, and I completed it in full, so it’s unclear why more information would be required—especially considering this is not a credit-providing bank.

Overall, the lack of communication and poor customer service have made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

The price on display board was 136.9 price on pump was 158.9 for both petrol e5 n 10 I checked by changing both nozels separately but the price was not changed at pump it was 158.9 I took pictures by changing both nozels i went in store on counter told her but she said no no no , then I took pictures

I went into this “bp” store expecting to ascend to HTN, whenever I got in though, all I saw were sub 5s with bad facial structure, hair, negative canthal tilt, not hunter eyes and bad posture, would NOT go back

Like most petrol stations they are owned by con merchants and have now joined the great price con of 2026 by rocking up the prices to rip off the customers

Do not depend on downloads for blood pressure and heart rate misleading patients
If you take your BP at the same time with cuff and machine it will be higher

The closest Yodel drop off/collection point nearest to me was at BP Whittington Rd, Worcester. I walked for over 30 mins to get there with my baby. Got there, met this lady at the till and asked her what options I should select to get a label for my parcel, she told me. I clicked on it only to realise it was the wrong option and there was nothing that could be done but for me to go print a label. Instead of apologising for misleading me, she immediately tried to put the blame on me saying "you pressed the wrong one". Lady, I literally selected what you told me to as I believed she knew better. She didn't apologise and so. I walked back the long distance disappointed.
The next day (today), I walked to BP only to meet the same lady again. She obviously recognised me and was all grumpy like we were enemies. Very rude! After I dropped off the parcel, I could hear her cheerfully greeting the next customer. Shame!
