Thank you to the whole team but especially Catherine McNicholas without whom this move would not have happened.

We want to highlight the work that our Property Manager, Luke Roberts is doing. The one thing we as landlords want is a representative who keeps us informed about what is going on and gives us the best advice when there is a problem. We have found over the last period of time since Luke has been our manager that he fullfils our rrequirements excellently.

Thank you Kerry and the Lettings team for all your help! Finding our new home had never been soo easy. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I travelled down from Yorkshire as she was about to take up a new job with Berkshire NHS. We had paid a deposit to another agent, who became increasingly evasive, then stopped taking calls.
Two days before she was due to move in we abandoned all hope, cancelled the removal van and booked a further week of hotel. I walked past Romans that afternoon and saw a possible rental. Andrei took us there late that afternoon (Monday), we agreed an offer and Andrei said it might be possible to move by the following Wednesday.In fact he did it by the following Monday lunchtime!!!!

Since moving to the UK. I have only relied on one estate agency to help me find rental accommodation. I enjoyed my experiences in renting a house this time. The house is in good condition and on convenient location. Sam served us to view it twice with patience and explained in details and negotiated some rent reduction for me. Will try Romans with first priority in future.

I was looking to relocate with my family, Sam was very helpful and very patient in answering all the questions we had. Always willing to help. To be honest which was the reason why we took the place from them as there were other suitable places for us. Other estate agents but vey arrogant. He was very reassuring all the way.
