I have had a good experience using romans to rent a lovely property. Romans made the whole process as simple as possible for me and Jonathan Randall in particular had been my main point of contact. He has been very thorough, prompt and helpful at all times. The whole process completed in 10 days. I would like to thank Jonathan for all his help and making the experience smooth and positive for me.

We've had a great experience using romans to rent our first house. Me and my partner have just got the keys to our new home and romans have made the whole process as simple as possible for us. The team and Jonathan Randall in particular who has been our main point of contact has been overly helpful and quick, we saw the house just over two weeks ago and we finalised and got the keys yesterday. We would like to thank him for all his help and making the experience positive for us.

I found Romans very helpful when I first moved to my new flat. Once in I had some major bathroom problems, to which Luke took charge of, he kept me updated every day sometimes twice a day he communicated with both my landlord and myself very professionally. He made what could have been a nightmare week bearable. Thank you Luke you are a Saint.

We recently relet two of our properties in the local area where Luke, together with Kerry and Alistair were involved. There were a couple queries regarding important maintenance issues. Luke dealt with all these the problems and resolved the issues to the satisfation of both Landlord and tenants. Luke is admirably suited for his job and really is a credit to Romans.

Jonathan helped me from the very beginning and was always willing to answer my many questions about my new rental. I am very grateful for his help.

Sam was so helpful guiding us through the renting process. He took his time to explain every step of the way.

Romans have been our letting agents for almost 30 years and we have had a happy and friendly relationship with them. The current staff in the lettings department are excellent but Kerry is particularly skilled at identifying customers needs. Our priorities have understandably changed over the years; Kerry’s help was invaluable last week when she offered us various options regarding our current management issues. She empathised with us, identified our problems and how they might be resolved. We have since accepted her excellent advice. Kerry is such a warm and generous lady, it's a real a pleasure to deal with.

Everything to get my flat on the market was managed efficiently, professionally, smoothly and quickly.

I found working alongside both Alistair and Kerry at Romans, Wokingham, an about pleasure and would recommend anyone to go in and engage with them if they are looking to rent a property. They both communicate well and kept me completely up to date with the process of renting through them. One of the biggest frustrations with dealing with an outside agent is typically, communication, even when there isn’t much to communicate!
