For many years, I've been a loyal shopper at Prowler, always impressed by their fantastic selection of toys at reasonable prices, and the team there is both knowledgeable and inviting. I recently encountered an issue with some non-toy products I purchased, which quickly turned out to be unsatisfactory. When I reached out to Prowler, their prompt and attentive response to resolve the issue genuinely impressed me, as I'm not accustomed to receiving such outstanding service.

Great business. Website is great, super easy to use, they have a great selection (of my favourites) and always put various good offers on and also email you to alert you on the offers. Never had any issues with delivery's and if you need to email them they get back to you promptly. All in all really happy with Prowler.

Amazing experience. I ordered the wrong item and needed to return it. I explained to Prowler what l needed and straight away was recommended the perfect items and guidance on what to do. Cannot thank them enough for it.

I usually love this store, however service has gone downhill.
Bought 2 pairs off swimming trunks. Realised an hour later that one pair was a wrong choice, went back and asked to swap for another design (not worn, labels in tact and had proof of purchase) but was told store policy is not to change anything if taken out of the store.
Needless to say, not impressed and shoddy service!

I did an order online and the packaging was discreet came within days off ordering happy with the service.

Absolutely horrified.

I bought a few items from Prowler. The Postal Person turned up with the bag wide open, they even said they checked to make sure all the items were in there.

The bag was way too small for the items I had purchased and under the pressure and weight while in transit it split open.

The lack of due diligence is shocking, I now have to face my regular postal person knowing they knew what I had bought.

Considering, we are purchasing explicit items, I would’ve thought a little more care and attention would be given.

I’ve visited the Bournemouth Prowler store which is my local store on Tuesday. I found a great selection of Prowler underwear, as I wanted some trunks for my partner and some toys. I got a great 3 for 2 deal so got a 3rd item for free, bargain!! This is permanent deal they do which is great. The staff member was so lovely and helpful, she really went out of her way to help me and make the experience so enjoyable. Looking forward to my next visit!

I went to Prowler Red in Soho recently and asked for help. I was given advice which felt helpful but the moment I turned the corner, I heard bursts of laughter from the staff. One can only assume this was about me, and was definitely not professional, nor appreciated.

The prowler store fixed our PCM. And it worked wonderfully!! Was not too expensive. Mailed it to the correct house.

I've shopped with Prowler for many years. Their toys are wonderful and priced well and the staff are always incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

Recently I bought some products (not toys), that, after very little use proved highly unsatisfactory. I contacted Prowler and they were very attentive in fixing the problem. I'm not used to such service and was really impressed by how they dealt with it!

Product well packed and discreet, just as described. Im very happy with my purchase. The only thing I would suggest is sending a dispatch or delivery info as i was just guessing when it would turn up
