Good price, shame about the packaging
The product and price were very good and I'd have given a higher rating if my purchase had been delivered in the discrete packaging promised on the website. Prowler needs to stop using soft packaging and use proper boxes - like their competitors who I will use by preference for any future online purchases.

We know that in some cases the parcels are not handled appropriately within the delivery process. However I am not in the position to blame any of our external delivery partners. I have passed this feedback on to the warehouse management and I do hope this has been a single incident and will not reoccur in the future. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I do hope that we have been able to gain some trust regarding the handling of orders and the promise to assure that all orders are packed and dispatched in the most discreet way. Thank you very much.

The item arrived quickly. However I felt the Prowler team could have done a bit more to make the package a bit more discreet, because I felt it really wasn't.

Out of Stock!
Items ordered as birthday gift for a friend, only to be notified several days after order placed and day before said birthday that one item was out of stock! Will now be shopping elsewhere in future.

Initially i was disappointed with Buying from Prowler online for he first time, having always bought from the London Soho shop for many years. However, after i gave a negative review, Prowler customer services have been in contact and refunded me and gave an explanation. As a loyal Prowler shop customer, i appreciated this so i have given them a better review for this customer service experience.

Unprofessional and extremely rude…
Unprofessional and extremely rude staff.
I went with my partner to buy something over the counter and the cashier was just being the most unprofessional person I have ever seen.
My partner was talking to him and he was just standing there drinking his water. Then he picked up the internal phone to chat to his colleague and then, he told us that the old £20 note is not acceptable anymore, which is not the case. You can still accept them.
I have been a customer for many years and have never come across such a rude person before.
So many sex shops around to go for shopping. Definitely will not be visiting you anymore.
And for the admin, it was the blonde guy by the till upstairs yesterday at around 7:30pm.

How bloody helpful are these guys!! Incredibly is what. Thought there was an issue with my double dildo, turned out all was good. Add to that how lovely they were to speak to! I'll be shopping there again for sure and have been spreading the word too that thats the place to shop!!
