Do not buy anything from this website, they sent me the wrong product and refuse to return jt. They just kept saying due to the nature or the product we are unable to offer a refund, I had not even opened the product . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!

Awesome products & fast shipping! Customer service is also very swift and helpful! Highly recommend.

Website advertising 5 day shipping to the US, it’s been almost 2 weeks. Customer service has no sense of urgency.

Orderd 5 poppers, 2 of them came empty. The rest have nothing. It says amyl nytrite but is a mixture of something else on the bottles. Never order again

Sent me a completely different item to the one I bought and it came smashed and spilled everywhere. I do not recommend. There is lots of competition and I won't be using Twisted Beast again. Try Poppers Aroma if you are looking for reliability and, not someone charging you for one thing and sending out something cheaper in far worse packaging. Literally not what I paid for. Normally these items come in foam lined cardboard boxes or with lots of bubble wrap. Absolutely zero care and attention from these guys!

It’s a scam site. I ordered 3 bottles and my credit card was compromised. They sent me a receipt with a fake dhl tracking number and didn’t respond to my emails nor does their customer service 800 number work. Stay away from ordering from them!!

Great customer service. My order got lost in transit and when I contacted them, they offered me a full refund or to reship the order. I asked for the order to be reshipped and had a new tracking number within the hour. Great products and customer service. I will definitely continue to order from them.

Used to be their customer , however their product quality is very low. Will not be back. Nice website though, but that is all.

I ordered poppers months ago and spent nearly 2 hundred quid thinking they would last me the rest of the year. They didn't lasted 3 months and each bottle has leaked the all them at one time or another.

Awful smell! My flat has smelt awful for the last 5 days and it still lingers. I have been washing all my clothes/spraying down every bit of fabric with febreeze with windows open/fans running trying to get it out.

this company is totally reliable. my orders have come promptly both times and they resolve issues quickly. the latest time there was an issue with payment, their website billed me the first time but said the payment didn't go through due to an issue with "velocity" which resulted in me being billed twice. the company responded to me within a day and refunded the extra payment.

Ordered from twisted beast before and all was good.
Latest order was 1 pentyl, i amyl, 1 butyl and one iso mix.

All 4 smelled of the same weak plastic smell and did virtually nothing.
My 1 year old half empty bottle was stronger

I think they are just shoving a watered down random product in any old packaging and labeling.

I have been a regular customer of Twisted Beast for a few years. However, the order in October was very weak, I emailed Twisted Beast, they apologised and gave a full refund, I said that was very kind of them. The order in November was fine. In December I contacted them asking what they had that was fresh and strong. Twisted Beast replied, I ordered 2 bottles according to their recommendation. Unfortunately what was delivered was very weak, I emailed them accordingly, they offered a £15 refund (about 70%) and suggested I ordered a specifically strong product. I said, its a pity they didn’t suggest this strong variety when I asked before I placed the order! How about forgetting the refund (£15) and sending me a bottle of their newly suggested strong poppers at below £10 instead.
They replied “your email was very condescending and we withdraw our offer for a refund”.
I was trying to help them and resolve the issue, alas, no refund and I’ll go elsewhere from now on. A very poor show Twisted Beast.
After a few months I have returned to Twisted Beast April 2025, both bottles received were very good so I'll update my rating from 1 to 3.
Ps, Regarding the comment below: at no time was I hostile during our emailed correspondence. Maybe the oversight person at the twisted Beast end needs to review the emails. Also, as far as I know, I was not asked to shop with them (hence the latest order).
On second thoughts seeing as Twisted Beast have opted to lie about what was stated in emails (that I probably retained) they cannot be trusted. I have therefore decided to reduce their rating accordingly.
It's now May 2025 and Twisted Beast have been efficient and helpful therefore I'll improve their rating from 1 to 3. Hopefully I can give them 5 out of 5 in the future.

I spent over $100 and bought several bottles I threw most of them out since they are one of the worst smelling bottles . Everyone who I used them with also asked me to put them away I do not understand how anyone likes their poppers . They still linger in my knapsacks or any other place I had them They r horrible !!!

Ordered from the U.S during holidays and some how I lost the tracking email. Contacted them and got a reply with a tracking link within minutes. Person named Joey was super helpful and pleasant. Happy to have spent my money with them. Their products are wonderful also and cannot wait to try the new ones i bought.

Their poppers are super strong and good quality, but I do debate on how well they package them. In my past three orders (and I buy in bulk so only order every few months) at least a few have popped open in the post or shortly after arrival and this has happened in the colder months as well so I don’t think I can blame the heat either. Obviously this ruins them. I would advise you buy the ones that aren't covered in plastic as they seem to rely on it to keep them sealed and they pop the most often. Even then I’ve had the other types pop as well.

Tl;dr don’t buy in bulk, don’t buy the ones where the tops are wrapped in plastic.

Customer service goes above and beyond to help you. They exceed expectations every time, and are extremely helpful and friendly. The website has loads of choice (even for delivery) and has a super user-friendly User Interface. Never had an issue, and would reccomend them as the best distributer in the UK on top of their own bottle brand.

i’ve been ordering from TB on a monthly basis for a while now, hardly ever have an issue. when i had an issue, it was promptly resolved with no questions asked. ordering is easy, prices are great, and shipping to the US takes about a week…honestly, a great place to shop with great customer service! (date of experience is from a return/refund request i submitted because it was such a breeze.) HIGHLY recommend!

I ordered 5 products. The shipment arrived timely and was well packaged. All great except I did not receive any of the products that I actually ordered!
UPDATE, TB has contacted me twice and been very apologetic and offered a refund. I have to say I appreciate their follow up customer service. Not many companies care.

I was recommended this website by a friend. Told they have great products and at very reasonable prices. I found the information on the website very helpful in making my choices. I made two orders without any issue. The third order came with three damaged bottles. Replacement was very easy and quick. I have my replacements a little over a week later. Customer service is prompt and helpful. The products are AMAZING! The best I’ve ever tried; gets you where you wanna be, doesn’t leave a bad taste/smell, no head or muscle aches after the come down. I also find it difficult to do too much of these. 10/10, will be ordering for years to come and will continue to recommend them to anyone searching for these products.
