They are saying that you can cancel your order for full refund but it will be declined.
I have reported them as a fraud to my bank. Thank god, my bank refunded my money so now they will be dealing with me bank.

I purchased a Toy from Bestvibe and I am very happy, costumer services were very friendly and helpful when enquiring for information about private issues about the Toy which were delt and resolved profesionaly in a very short time. SCAM !
They don’t have majority of their products in stock. So you literally pay for nothing.. Then, when you ask where is your order, they tell you they don’t have it and offer you others products for the same price.
Best of that, they offered me a « better » product but I had to pay more, which I did, and guess what..? 😂 They didn’t had it in stock too and did the same process. It’s been almost 2 months, still waiting for refund that I asked twice and obviously didn’t get any answer after that. And now that my chargeback procedure is accepted and I’ll be refund, they emailed me to cancel the chargeback to refund me hahaha guys you make me laugh a lot thanks ! What a dishonesty.

Purchased item at the start of the year, Didn't work, contacted customer services and send videos etc, They replied with the same advice more than once, they are selling cheap made in China rubbish, I give up trying to get a replacement or refund (£50) would never purchase from them ever again. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. ORDERED A TOY AND LUBE SAT PENDING EMAILED THEM NO REPLY THEN TOLD ME NO LUBE HENCE IT NOT BEING DISPATCHED. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT WEBSITE RUN BY CYBERCRIMINALS
and no, I am not exaggerating.
After I paid for an order, the product completely disappeared from my order list without a trace, as if I had never ordered it. Of course, the money was taken from my still taken from my bank account.
Another warning sign is that these people do not send you any information to track your order through the courier, so you can’t independently verify the status of your order. You have to rely on their website to “track” your order, but of course they have been known to lie about your order status. In my case, they removed my order completely with no prior notice and NO REFUND.
This website should be reported to the relevant authorities for fraud and cybercrime.

Ordered a product from their online store and then discovered the issues many customers are having with them here!
I contacted them immediately via email and discovered my purchase was out of stock at time of ordering!!!
I requested a full refund/cancellation of my order and they tried to first get me to swap for an alternative product and then wait which I declined to do.
It's been nearly two weeks and now they do not even reply to my latest emails.
My order still says pending even though I cancelled it on my account!
Be warned!! Do not trust this company! Terrible online store if it doesn't show out of stock items and awful customer service team!
I will now be seeking legal council to retrieve my funds.
Update: Had to force a refund through PayPal after zero contact from seller.
FYI: If you didn't use PayPal then raise a dispute with your Credit Card Company, you have 120 days to make a Chargeback claim.
Update 2: Magically reaching out now all of a sudden!
This review stays due to a bad experience though.
They actually asked me to change it after refunding.
Also noticed there is no way to delete my account with them on their website!!!
