Excellent, quick service

Almost didn't order from here due to the bad Trust Pilot reviews however I was pleasantly surprised!
I ordered a few bits for my daughters birthday in April - all arrived as described and in brilliant condition.
I ordered very late Monday night and they arrived Wednesday!
Brilliant service!

Ordered within the time frame for a party. The order was late so I emailed stating I needed to return. No response. I sent the box back and it was recieved a month ago. I have chased for my refund and still no response. Please confirm that a refund is being processed as I will be contacting my card company soon regarding this matter if not.

Brilliant

Would recommend, ordered my daughter’s world book day costume on Thursday 26 February and it arrived this morning. So happy with the costume. Great delivery service with no problems at all. Thanks again will definitely use again.

I’m really disappointed with my recent…

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience.
I placed my order on the 22nd for World Book Day, and while I understand it’s a busy period, there was no clear indication at the time of ordering that dispatch would be significantly delayed. With World Book Day now next week and my order still not dispatched, it’s left me in a difficult position having to make alternative arrangements at short notice.
Communication only came after I chased for an update, which has added to the frustration. I appreciate that high demand can cause delays, but clearer upfront communication about stock and dispatch times would really help customers plan, especially for time-sensitive events like this.
As the order will not arrive in time, I have requested cancellation and a full refund. Please confirm that order #2531 has now been cancelled.

We're really sorry to hear that you’ve had such a frustrating experience, and I completely understand your disappointment given that the order was intended for World Book Day. That’s a very time-sensitive event, and I appreciate how stressful it must have been realising it might not arrive in time.

World Book Day is one of our busiest periods of the year and we experienced a much higher volume of orders than anticipated. This is why we do always have a banner on the website explaining of delays so that customers are made aware before ordering.

I'm sorry that you had to be the one to chase the order, with the delays being mentioned on the website we hoped this would be enough notice for customers but we will definitely review it to see if there's a more clear way of communicating the delays.

I can confirm that order #2531 has now been cancelled and a full refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, this should appear back in your account within a few working days.

I'm really sorry to hear that your order arrived with you damaged and the inconvenience that this has caused.

I can see you emailed us on the 17th of Feb at 11:35 am explaining your item has arrived with you damaged. Our team then responded within 24 hours on the 18th of Feb at 9:16 am offering yourself a replacement free of charge.

You then replied on the 19th at 3pm asking for a refund which we responded to on the 19th at 9pm confirming that a refund was processed and the item didn't need to be returned.

We also did notify the warehouse manager of the item arriving damaged so that we packaging can be reviewed and will be improved if needed.

Once again we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you but I'm pleased this has now been resolved.

I still havent received my order and…

I still havent received my order and there is no record (apart from the purchase going out of my account) of me buying it as the email has disappeared. So im guessing this is a scam

Worse experience ever… do not use this…

Worse experience ever… do not use this company. Ordered from them for my sons birthday they said they will deliver with 5 working days got it 5 days after my sons birthday. Returned items back due to not being delivered in the time they have said now they are not giving my refund as I have returned the items back to them with the return email they have sent me Royal Mail
Collected me order from my house and have sent it back to them. I have emailed them to confirm that I have sent this back. These people are money grabbing robbers.. DO NOT USE THEM…. I want my money back as I have sent you your items back

Firstly, I am terribly sorry for the delays in shipping your order - as mentioned on emails to you we were having some issues with our systems in the warehouse which caused orders to be delayed. These issues are now resolved and we're shipping as normal now.

I've had a look for the email thread and can assure you we have not declined a refund for the return of your items - we've also send a pre paid label for the return as we appreciate the order was late.

Avoid!

However Natasha from the customer service team has been amazing and organised my refund quickly and provided great and prompt communication. As the items were so late I managed to get most items from my local supermarket which were better quality and cheaper so I have learnt my lesson!

Avoid – do not waste your money.
My order arrived damaged and with items missing. I emailed multiple times and have been completely ignored. There is no way to speak to an actual person, which is incredibly frustrating when something goes wrong. Terrible customer service and no accountability. This company feels like a complete rip-off.

I see they have replied to this, however I have emailed 16 times and they have still not responded. I stand by my review avoid this company they are absolutely appalling and ruined my birthday plans.

I have tried to contact you 4 times! 3 times through your website, & once through Instagram and not ONE reply! I placed my order on January 20th & have not heard a thing! Now my daughter’s birthday has been and gone. I have ordered from this company every year for my daughter’s birthday & never had a problem. I will never use you again and I want a refund!

Don't order

I wish (yet again) that I had read these reviews before ordering. My items have not arrived and they have not responded to 3 messages I have sent. Very disappointed in lack of any customer service and lack of information on potential deliveries. Don't bother ordering from them, I think they must be another foreign company hiding behind a fake British website. **UPDATE** Order received yesterday 4th Feb (delivery was promised for 28th Jan), with despatch date of 30th. I have still not received any response whatsoever, their customer service is NIL. *SECOND UPDATE 24th Feb* They have asked me to respond to their reply - I am not sure if this is even possible. So I will email again. I have returned the goods but no refund has been received. THIRD UPDATE - goodness me this is boring. I have asked them how to respond on this website - not sure if this is even possible - and guess what? NOTHING. DO NOT BUY.

Terrible company-

Terrible company- really wouldn’t bother shopping here.
I placed an order PDR4001568230 on Monday at 1.55pm and paid for express delivery so according to their website my order should have arrived by Wednesday 19th at the latest.
Nothing by the end of Wednesday so messaged on Instagram and was told my order was shipped that day - which was funny seeing as a placed it Monday and paid extra for express?
A job was raised for DPD but there’s been no updates since, that they have received the parcel and no updates on any movement.
The party is tomorrow so if the order doesn’t arrive today I want a full refund including my shipping - because you clearly haven’t delivered what was expected.
DON’T OFFER A SERVICE IF YOU CANT PROVIDE IT.

I ordered a Halloween costume for my granddaughter. It did arrive, but the witch’s broom, pictured in the ad was missing and the hat cannot be worn- it has a wire, supposedly to make the brim stand out, but this is so flimsy it doesn’t work.
I’m thoroughly dissatisfied with my purchase, paying almost £20, and will never use this company again.
I read a review that said this firm has gone out of business- obviously that’s not correct as they are still trading…

Therefore the broom isn't included and we state this clearly on the listing.

No delivery, no phone number and annoyed customer!

Ordered outfits for Halloween on the 8th October. Got a tracking link the next day that didn’t work but didn’t think much of it as it was only a day after order. Then later on 9th got an email saying order has been shipped and the expected delivery was 16th October. Now on 21st and kids party is 23rd and still no delivery. No phone number to call them. Order number not recognised on website. And still the tracking link doesn’t work. Seems from all the reviews I’ve read this is either a scam or a terrible company to deal with.

Scam company

I ordered from this website on the 5th of October, with an estimated delivery date of the 13th. I have yet to receive any tracking details and the website was down last week, when I tried to investigate further. No replies to any emails. This is obviously a scam website, so I will be taking this further with my bank. Would anyone from the company like to reply to all your dissatisfied customers?! DO NOT buy from this company!

Update from this company today stating that emails were sent, confirming that they couldn't deliver to Northern Ireland but this is categorically false. NO email was ever received! I did however receive a full refund, but again this was not communicated through email.

Further to my original review the…

Further to my original review the company have responded and said I emailed them to a NO REPLY email. This is incorrect and I actually sent them a screenshot of my original email and the email address it was sent to (which was the correct email and one they corresponded with me on). I ended up sending the dress back and was never email a QR code like they said. Not worth the hassle ordering from this company.

The order confirmation email that you replied to is a NO REPLY email which is clearly stated on the email - it's an automated system that sends these out so we cannot see any replies.

We don't email QR codes out I'm afraid from returns - we have a link you follow on Royal Mail to download a label. This link is also very visible on the website return page to help customers with returns.
