Avoid – do not waste your money.
My order arrived damaged and with items missing. I emailed multiple times and have been completely ignored. There is no way to speak to an actual person, which is incredibly frustrating when something goes wrong. Terrible customer service and no accountability. This company feels like a complete rip-off.

I see they have replied to this, however I have emailed 16 times and they have still not responded. I stand by my review avoid this company they are absolutely appalling and ruined my birthday plans.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service. My issue was not handled professionally, and I felt ignored rather than helped. Responses were slow, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. I expected much better treatment as a customer. Unfortunately, this experience has made me unlikely to return or recommend this business.
