I reordered a previous project. Super easy. It took me two minutes! Order was perfect as usual

Needed a Friday delivery through FedEx, it’s now a Monday delivery. Order was placed on a Wednesday morning

I used to order a lot of items years ago, the service was great, fast and affordable compare to the competitors. My most recent order was delayed for design flaws, however the file itself was 9/10 to print perfectly fine. The defect was correct and order approved, however it never printed. 1 month passed and I never got any notification that my order was still pending yet another approval. Looks like this company now has switched to AI based models with lots of errors for redundant systems. The printing process seems much slower than usual and shipping costs higher making a total cost of products just as expensive as the competitors.

I love the product and the ease of ordering.

Placed the order with overnight shipping/processing and rec'd the order 6 days later. SIX! completely missed the event we had needed the flyers for.
Terrible service. Online chat was ZERO help, the AI -driven chatbot was not capable of grasping the nuance of my requests and the info I was giving it.

This was my third time ordering business cards from Overnight Prints. They came looking exactly like I was expecting, which is what you want when you order something printed! The little visualizer really gives you a good idea of what your cards will look like. Shipping is a bit pricey tho.

Great product, fair price.

After paying extra to receive the product as quickly as possible, it was finally received nearly a week after the original delivery date. That's just unacceptable. We received credit for the shipping but that's not very useful. I don't know if we'll use Overnight Prints again.

It is easy to upload your jpeg files and get them in the correct place
They are very clear about how you need to provide space around the perimeter of the postcard and keep all type away from the edges so that it doesn't get clipped off. They give such good instructions. Postcards are beautifully printed and they come quickly.

Ordered on a Thursday morning, paid for the overnight delivery, but didn't receive the item until the following Tuesday. I was told that there was an issue with the printer on Friday morning (the day it was supposed to deliver) only after I reached out to see why my tracking number hadn't been updated. Then I was assured that the order would be shipped with Saturday delivery. THEN I was told by a different representative that Saturday delivery wasn't possible. I was also told that I wouldn't be able to get a refund on my order until after it delivered, even though by that point we knew that the order would not deliver in time.
The order came too late to use, and honestly I didn't even reach out after to try to get a refund because I didn't want to deal with the poor customer service.

Great experience ordering business cards. Overnight Prints was referred to me by a friend. It was easy to do and the cards look great. I highly recommend Overnight Prints!

I placed the order because it said I could get them in time for an event the employee needed the cards for. I paid for expedited shipping (to the tune of $64!) and I received the cards 8 business days (12 days!) later. So much for "overnight prints."

Did not honor their delivery date even though I paid significantly more. When I reached out about the delay, the rep. said they would immediately change my shipping type so my order would arrive on time. Not only did they NOT do that, the shipping was further delayed. Still no product, and I have no use for it now.

Printing came out great and the delivery was fast and easy!

Ordered a set of Premium Business Cards and chose the rounded corner option. Usually the cards I get are pretty good quality, but their machine that cuts the rounded corners does a poor job and the cuts are not clean. Would avoid this option in the future.

I can always count on them. Make sure that I get my order in a timely manner, and that it looks amazing.

Absolutely terrible. No customer service, no delivery for paid goods, no reply to emails. We ordered 1000 business cards in early March. We are now on 25.05.26 with no deliver, no response from any emails, no refund. I have tried several ways to communicate with this company with NO RESPONSE! IT US ABSOLUTELY SHAMELESS THAT A COMPANY CAN GET AWAY WITH TAKING MONEY , NOT SUPPLYING GOODS, THEN NOT RESPONDING TO ANYTHING!
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
