just awful. over half of the order defective, and they wanted to offer a "store credit" which never came, and for less than the actual damaged/defective prints. WHAT? !!! and when I showed them the business cards I ordered were also defective they claimed that the dozens I showed them were "test prints". nope. the total number was 1000 even inclusive of these dozens of "test prints". just an awful experience.

Easy, you also have the best (and compleatly free!) sample pack. Very impressive, give that person a raise! So thoughtful. Will order more and other things as my business grows!

We have been using GP for many years now. Above all the ease of the ordering process is amazing. And if you ever run into any issues their customer service service reps are superb! Keep up the great work!

This was my attempt to place a second order with this company. I needed 11,500 postcards, but they would not accommodate me. They told me to order either 15,000 or 10,000 and then order an additional 1,500 at the highest rate. Absolutely absurd!!!

The customer should be able to replace an image from the "upload landing" page. Unable to edit image without starting over each time. This is too time consuming, especially since the site moves so slowly. Annoying! I hope my stickers arrive by Tues next week after all of this

I also couldn't not place my full order because the shipping is more than the items. So, I will need to place in small orders.

Overall, the best quality best prices best customer service. I've used got print for many projects and they beat the competitors every time. Absolutely amazing. I own a music business and a publishing business. And i'm so grateful many years ago as a teenager.I worked bindry and a print shop, so i've always loved printing. Easy-to-use website. Would like to have a box where we could leave a question. Working on this small screen and needing a larger image, I would have liked to ask how it looked on your end before final approval. Not sure if the image would appear pixelated.

The business cards did not align with the design and some of the bulleted items were staggered a little and does not look professional and can NOT be handed out to clients.

Coupon price is good although it seems like a matter of luck as to which one you land on. Alignment tools do not work, site would be much better if this worked and if you could modify horizontal and vertical independently,

Bait and switch promotion. Offered 500 cards for $8.50 and once you go to check out it applies a 30% of coupon that blocks you from adding the promo code BC500

I am extremely disappointed with GotPrint's quality control and their refusal to take responsibility for a botched order. I ordered branded business cards and postcards, and the results were completely unprofessional.

The Issues:

1. Manufacturing Defects: The items arrived with visible white slivers along the top edges due to poor mechanical trimming.

2. Severe Color Mismatch: Despite being part of the same brand kit, the colors between the postcards and business cards do not match at all.

3. Logistical Failure: I discovered that GotPrint split my order between two different printing facilities. Printing the same brand colors at separate locations without calibration is a recipe for inconsistency, yet they are blaming my "design files" for this logistical error.

The Support Experience:

Instead of a refund for these unusable products, they have repeatedly tried to force a "Store Credit" on me. I have no interest in store credit for a company that cannot guarantee basic color consistency or professional trimming. Their customer service team has now stopped responding to my specific points about their production errors.

Bottom Line:

If you care about your brand identity and color consistency, stay away. They will deliver a defective product and then hold your money hostage with store credit offers. I am now forced to initiate a credit card chargeback to get my money back.

Proof assistance. chat with designer would have made the process easier. Coupons validity, 24hr limit is difficult to adhere to if you are working on a project.
