We had an urgent order. Paid extra for expedited delivery. We had a delivery day on Monday. It arrived late WEDNESDAY afternoon. Costing us an entire day of marketing and networking

The way my items were packaged Inside the Box were horrendous, there is no dunnage to protect the pads from shuffling around several of them were bent, some of them separated because of the lack of tonnage inside to protect them.

Long time customer here. The last couple of years Overnight Prints has gotten absolutely terrible. The quality of the products has steadily decreased to the point of becoming totally unacceptable and the customer service has gotten so bad that I can't justify them for anything anymore. Absolutely avoid Overnight Prints at all costs

Years ago this company lived up to its name. Not anymore — I should have checked recent reviews first.

I paid for rush production and overnight shipping (over 3x the price of the cards themselves) for 250 business cards guaranteed to arrive Thursday for an event. They missed it. The order sat "in production" with no shipping label, and they blamed "technical issues."

Getting help is the real problem:
- No phone number
- Live chat didn't work when I tried it
- Ticket replies take 8+ hours, sometimes until the next day

I asked them to cancel and void the label before FedEx picked it up. They shipped it anyway, and the cards showed up Monday, four days late and after the event. They refunded the shipping cost after I pushed, but kept the rest for cards I couldn't use.

If your deadline matters, use a local print shop or a printer you can actually reach by phone.

Simple easy experience cards were perfect and delivery.

This is a good example of a company that used to be good and now it’s just a huge piece of trash. They cost me two weeks on a Print job because they can’t figure out how to provide any sort of customer service or adequate communication. AI ads incompetence and complete piece of shit. Don’t waste your time or money!

Great experience! It had been a while since my last order, but when I returned, everything was exactly as I remembered. That consistency made the experience even better. Excellent print quality, fast turnaround, and dependable service. It's great to know I can still count on them after all this time!

Awful, Awful, Awful. Disgustingly bad customer service. Terrible

Tragic. Overnight Prints ended up being Three Week Prints. Took 2 weeks to ship and then sent the slowest shipping option to me, then arrived 3 weeks late. Then I get only a shipping credit, which wasn't much as the order shipped via the slowest method.

I paid for guaranteed delivery by the 15th. The cards did not even ship until the 15th and arrived the 17th after I already flew out for the trade show that I needed the cards for. I emailed right away on the 15th and 16th as I was tracking the package and overnight prints didn't even bother getting back to me. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Never using OP ever again. Company does not care about customer loyalty. There are lots of printer options out there.

This was my second time ordering business cards from overnight prints. The first batch was nice, so I ordered a second batch with minor color and layout adjustments...and there were issues.

Despite the color codes being exactly the same, the text color on one side and the background color on the other were completely different. The UV coating on many of these cards was as if the machine stuttered when printing, the design is all broken up. There are random grey spots in the solid background, not sure what could've caused that. The cards were shipped in a thin box inside a bag, and when I received them, the box had been so badly damaged that it was falling apart and several cards had damage along the edges.

Ordered some business cards and post cards a couple weeks ago. Chose a delivery date that worked for what I needed. Delivery date came and went, so I logged into see what the deal was. It said take they hadn’t been printed yet. I sent a message to OvernightPrints and told them I needed them ASAP. They told me that they experienced an issue with their machine but it would be printed shortly. I replied and told them that I had ordered them by a specific date and it had now passed, so I asked if they could upgrade my shipping to overnighting it to me so I would get them quickly. They replied with “we will let you know once they ship.”. I wrote back and said again that I needed them overnighted due the delivery date having passed two days ago. They replied again (I think they may use an overseas call center/customer service center) “we will give you a tracking number once they ship. 3 days later, I still hadn’t received them so I emailed again after it still showed “in production”. Another person emailed me back and said that they were shipping that day to me. I informed her of the previous emails and asked that they be overnighted. She said she wasn’t allowed to offer that, but she would check with someone at the company (this kinda confirms that they use overseas call centers?). I asked if I could get the phone number so I could call them myself to discuss with a manager and she said that there is no phone number allowed to be given out. She emailed me back later that day that they had shipped and they would not overnight them to me because they coulnd’t prove it would arrive faster. I told her that I at LEAST wanted my order refunded (it was now 8 days PAST promised delivery and their customer service was terrible). She said that she could offer a refund of my shipping cost. I told her this wasn’t acceptable and that I needed to talk to someone. She again told me that there wasn’t anyone I could speak with. HOW DO YOU RUN A COMPANY THAT PROMISES OVERNIGHT PRINTS, GIVES A DELIVERY DATE, MISSED IT BY ALMOST 10 DAYS AND WON’T TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER?!?!? I did receive notice that they would refund my shipping, so I guess that’s better than nothing, BUT this only came after I threatened to leave them bad reviews on every site that I could… AS SUCH… This will probably be my final order with OvernightPrints. This is sad because I’ve been ordering from them for over a decade now. But sure if something changed or they were bought out, but the customer Service just isn’t what it used to be!!! GO ELSEWHERE (even if it costs you 5% more).

I ordered some business cards to be shipped overnight. The product turned out well, but they did not arrive overnight-due to arrive on a Monday, Tuesday at the latest, were delivered that Friday. We ordered these specifically for a trip we were taking, leaving that Wednesday. We were unable to use the product. Customer service was responsive, but were only able to refund me approx. $45 out of the $59 and change I spent on overnight shipping. Nutshell: decent product, but don't count on quick delivery.

Terrible experience, and it just keeps getting worse!

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order of Guest Passes placed with Overnight Prints on September 3, 2026.

I specifically ordered these materials for an important promotional event scheduled for September 14 and paid for shipping with an expected delivery around September 9. Unfortunately, I did not receive the order until September 17—three days after the event.

The late delivery alone caused a significant problem, as these Guest Passes were intended to generate leads and potential new business during this event. However, I was even more disappointed when I inspected the finished product.

There are several issues with this order:

The printing is blurry and dull and does not reflect our brand's professional image.
I paid an additional fee for your file review service, which I expected would help ensure acceptable print quality.
I paid for shipping based on an anticipated delivery around September 9.
The order was not delivered until September 17, causing us to completely miss the event for which the Guest Passes were purchased.
Considering both the printing quality and the failure to meet the expected delivery date, I find the overall product and service unacceptable.

These materials were created to represent our business professionally and to help generate new customers. Because they arrived after our event and the printing quality is not something I am comfortable distributing to prospective customers, the order has provided us with no practical value.

I am therefore requesting a full refund of my purchase, including any charges for file review and expedited shipping. Please also provide instructions regarding whether you would like the printed materials returned and, if so, how you would like the return handled.

I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution.

I had a rush order and paid extra for shipping to get my order delivered on a certain date. That date came and went with no delivery. Checked my order and it said it was still processing. What took a long time to get a hold of someone on Live Chat, the agent told me there was equipment problems which was delaying orders. The agent told me that she would expedite my order and have it shipped out immediately. After a few days, still no order, get on Live Chat again and the agent told me the same thing as before, equipment failure, and that my order was still stuck in production. So obviously the first agent lied to me and I was so frustrated and fed up that I cancelled me order outright and had VistaPrint do my order instead. They did my order on time unlike Overnight Prints. I will NEVER use Overnight Prints again. Their mishandling of my order and failure to let me know what was happening has lost them a customer for good.

I've been using Overnight Prints for over a decade.
Reliable company.

I needed Business cards Asap. There was a small issue but with no way to speak directly to a customer service rep the cards took much longer than promised to arrive. The quality of the cards are good and if you are requesting an already approved reorder you should be ok but if you need a little more help with a particular order, one on one service is pretty weak.

I paid extra for quick shipping but my order was seriously delayed.

I needed designed cards asap. Like next day. Overnight Print made that possible. Thank you.
