I normally love working with Overnight Prints and have for over a decade but this order was horrible. I paid extra for quick processing and shipping and the orders were not ready anywhere near the date I paid for. I was told I would be compensated for that and haven't been.

Also I had multiple issues communicating about the order status of both of my recent orders. My first order which I also paid extra for, wasn't delivered until AFTER my other order which made no sense at all. It was a disaster.

The order shipped extremely late. Completely missing an event I had by a week almost. The quality is great and customer service did refund the express shipping fee

I love Overnight Prints postcards. They're my go-to for crisp, clear, clean color and graphics. I love the gloss finish for a great look and feel. As an artist, I know people hang on to my postcards because they have a quality feel.

Have been ordering from OP for over 15 years. Previously ordered PC in April came on time. Ordered again, a week later the same PC…nothing. Reply said the machine is down. Back and forth was going to wait another week, was told money was already refunded. NEVER received my order. Terrible... Have two sets of PC to order and looking elsewhere.

Following your reply: (1) after a week of waiting for the initial order I had to contact you to find out what’s going on. No one advised me of the delay. (2) when I was told there was a breakdown with the equipment before I had a chance to reply I was already refunded. I was willing to wait another week as it takes that long to order from elsewhere (3) I was never told if the equipment is operational again to replace the order. convenience matters. (4) I was never offered an incentive such as a discount to continue being a customer.

Unfortunately for you already, ordered elsewhere. Better price, and better service. I am not sure what happened to overnight prints…. I hope things change… REALLY CHANGE!

so many times I have purchased for rush order and I do not get it on delivered until one week to two weeks after the delivery date expected. Im constantly reaching out to them to see the status of my order. Frustrating due to my office depends on these appointment reminders.

The ordering process was easy and quick. The Business cards arrived on time and looked fantastic.

The product is excellent, the price is fair, and the service impeccable. Thank you

I have now been waiting a month for my business cards, still not arrived, chase all the time, was last told they would arrive today, chased today was told still in production, dreadful service.

Update: We recieved this today 19th May, over a month after we placed our order😡

your order was cancelled due to technical reasons, we apologize for the issues you have faced. You can create a mock order on the german website and I will send it to production or we can refund the payment directly.

Their shipping didn't arrive overnight, and they did't refund, and the "Credit" they gave didn't even total the full amount. I've been a customer for years, but I was sorely disappointed in how they responded to this!

I don't have the cards.

The cards showed up the day after I wrote this. For what was supposed to be 3 days, grew into over a month. They asked legitimate questions after a couple of days, which I answered and then the order went dormant until I pushed about it 3 weeks later.

The print quality of the photo on the face is fair, not great. The print on the back is also fair. I tried to make it larger on screen and the system was making it difficult so I gave up and ordered what we got.

We have them now and it is not worth sending them back.

J'ai fais une réclamation suite à une commende reçu il y a 2 mois concernant la mauvaise qualité des cartes de visites reçu(commandée en qualité 300g et reçu des cartes qui se plie comme du papier) . Malgré une 2eme relance aucune réponse de leur part . Vraiment déçu car j'ai toujours commandé mes cartes de visites sur ce site et jusque là pas de soucis . Je les ai recommandés dans la même qualité chez vistaprint et la rien à dire et c'est pas plus cher .

The print products look great! But many services come up short. I tried using the mailing services several times. Both times, the print and mailing are still listed as "in production." I had to email support both times to see if the mail that I paid for actually got mailed, because they continue for 3 months to be listed as "in production." I then asked if they could change them to "shipped" so that the Reorder button would appear, and to date, no one has figured out how to make that happen.

I've been using this company for years, and recently had an order that was not to my satisfaction. Their digital rendering proof was not accurate, and I received an order that was obviously way off. I reached out, and they asked for more details. I gave them more details, and now it's been over 3 weeks without any response. So frustrating, now I'm stuck with a $400 order that I can't use. Beware.

***They say that they do not have a record of the ticket, which is factually not true; trust pilot actually asks for a reference number when you submit a complaint

Delivery was actually earlier than expected and the postcards look great!

Always delivered very close to the date intended.

I keep getting these emails and have tried to opt out. There is no option to opt out. I just spent 10 minutes on a chat with a Shinell Wynter with no sucsess in opting out. I can't emagine doing business with these people?

BUYER BEWARE! If you purchase custom coasters, the proof you see isn't what they will print. My order came back off center and despite showing evidence that it wasn't printed as seen on the proof, they maintain it's not a defect. In fact, they said "Please note that while we always aim for the best possible alignment, we are unable to guarantee 100% centering on prints." What's the point of seeing the boundaries on the proof if they won't stay within them??? Oh and the offer to fix this isn't a replacement but I am welcome to order again with a small discount. Thanks but no thanks.
FOLLOW UP RESPONSE TO OVERNIGHT PRINTS REPLY: resolving it with a $30 store credit or refund on a $100+ order isn't a resolution. Neither is a replacement order where I pay shipping. I will take my business to another company that can print true to the proofs.

Leider ist meine Bestellung zu spät angekommen. Ich habe sie im Expressverfahren gegen zusätzliche Gebühren rechtzeitig aufgegeben. Der garantierte Liefertermin wurde nicht eingehalten und ich musste einen Auftrag absagen, da die Lieferung nicht rechtzeitig eintraf. Schade, dass lediglich der AI-Assistent "großes Verständnis für meinen Ärger hat"...Keine Empfehlung.

They used to great, but the last two times I ordered, my items were delivered 3 days late, defeating their use or purpose. I use overnight prints because sometimes I need something OVERNIGHT. Their play is to make a shipping label and then say that they are waiting for fedex to pick up the item. In reality my order wasn't ready yet so they hadn't shipped it.
