I've been ordering from OP for many years and I'm always happy with my prints! They ship fast and the quality is amazing.

Always a great experience with Overnight Prints. I have been using their services for over 20 years.

And, I love taking advantage of their amazing sales. This one came at a perfect time so I put in a small order of business cards.

The communication is great to keep me updated on my order status. The cards are perfect and came quickly.

I'm really glad I went back to you guys for my business cards. They were just what I ordered and came very quickly. But--when I got them I realized I had made a mistake with the fonts on my name and the job title. The name is a bit too big and looks crowded on the card. I need to call up the order again and make a couple of changes and see if that looks better.

The final result was perfect. Getting there was challenging. Forcing chat sessions and referrals to “design team” was frustrating and time consuming. All in all, great products and I’ll use them again.

You make it so easy to set up my project on your website and I love that you save all of my past orders! The quality is exceptionally and everything comese out perfect every time. Thank you!!

I previously left a 3-star review because my previous order didn't meet my expectations. Since then, I decided to give this company another chance, and I'm glad I did.

This order arrived looking exactly as it should. The cards are well made, the print quality is sharp, the colors are vibrant, and everything was packaged nicely. It's clear much more attention was given to quality this time around.

I believe it's only fair to recognize companies when they improve. We all appreciate honest reviews, and honesty means acknowledging both the bad and the good. This experience was a significant improvement over my last one, and I wanted to give credit where it's deserved.

The cards didn't turn out so great, but they made me well aware ahead of time of the risks. Fortunately, these are not going to be used as professional business cards for marketing and instead as little punch cards for a community living facility so I can still use them. But it's fantastic that a team of humans actually looks over the submissions rather than hearing nothing at all. Once I pushed it through the order came in pretty fast as well which was nice. The design will be updated for when I place the next order.

overnight was not overnight, not even over 2 nights. We ordered these for a trade show on a Thursday and needed them Saturday. Did not receive them until Monday. Product is as expected, just maybe reconsider your name if you can't deliver

I love Overnight Prints quality of work. However, I feel the shipping cost is too high and it takes too long to receive an order...!

Paid extra for overnight print. Did not receive until 5 days later. Business cards for a conference. When I realized the cards would not make it I sent a notice to overnightprints to send the cards to my hotel at the conference location which would have been a solution they ignored the request. When they finally got the cards late they acted as if this resolved the issue. I tried to complain but their complaint site is very hard to navigate and only allows 1000 characters so I could not even explain the situation. The name overnight prints is incorrect.

Great quality, quick delivery and awesome customer service

I paid $45 to have a custom birthday card printed and 2-day shipped to meet a specific event. I would never have used their service if I knew the shipping was "estimated" and it had any chance of missing the date I paid for making the card obsolete. They only offered me a $20 store credit when requesting only my shipping cost to be reimbursed. Terrible customer service and business model.

I have reprinted my business cards here several times. Always easy to reorder, and they come out beautiful. They arrive very quickly and their the best price I have seen. I highly recommend.

TLDR: Overall, solid and consistent printing, inconsistent shipping. Wouldn’t reccomend ordering if you’re in a rush.

I’ve ordered a couple times from overnight prints now, two orders of 100 business cards and a recent order of 500. I normally get (off the top of my head) 15pt satin with spot uv on the front side.

I will say I am happy with the print quality of the cards! It’s been consistent across orders which is nice. I designed them myself so can’t speak to their in house designers. The page where you upload and arrange the design is a bit frustrating but if you’re re-ordering the same design multiple times you don’t need to fuss with it again.

My only major gripe is that their shipping estimates are usually inaccurate. I know the actual shipping is out of their hands, so there’s only so much they can do in that regard but my orders normally come at least a day late- I suspect it’s because they generate the label first but don’t get around to leaving the package with the carrier until the next day.

Most recent order of 500 cards came over a week late and really sloppily packed. The previous orders came in neatly packed boxed to fit the exact number of cards, but these looked like they were just tossed in haphazardly. The box was way too big for the cards and they had clearly just been rattling loosely around in there. On top of that, the delayed delivery screwed me over for two events in a row since I’d ordered them preemptively nearly two weeks before the time needed.

Customer service is… ok. I reached out asking for a claim to be submitted on my behalf for the order that was super delayed. The rep who contacted me indicated that Overnight Prints will not file a claim unless the package tracking itself indicates that it’s lost, even though it had been a week delayed already. I used to work with FedEx and I know it takes several weeks of paused tracking for Fedex to mark a package as lost… it’s hard for the shipper to be proactive about that since there’s so many things moving through their system. More than anything, filing a claim helps to indicate to the shipper that something is wrong with the delivery, and it was pretty frustrating that Overnight Prints wouldn’t do that.
