I have ordered our business cards several times now, and they always come through with quality work. The folks at Overnight Prints are very quality conscious, and pro active and making sure the cards are of the highest quality possible product. Prices are excellent, and the turn-around time is speedy. I like that their website keeps the customer informed on the progress of the order. Thanks...you have a customer for life!

I’ve been using Overnight Prints for many years, going back to when we had our business, and they have never disappointed me. Their quality is consistently excellent, especially for such reasonable prices.

This time I ordered a poster for a wedding, and unfortunately it arrived wrinkled from shipping. I contacted customer service, and they responded quickly and immediately sent a replacement. The new poster arrived in perfect condition and, most importantly, before the wedding!

While we received the order, it was a day late pushing our mailing a few days out, unfortunately. Overall though, we appreciated the look and feel of the postcard. It was very high quality and met our needs. This is one of many fast job runs we will have and we look forward to continue to partner with Overnightprints.com in the future.

Order issue went ignored by customer service and I was double charged

I placed an order for 250 postcard prints which stalled out during checkout. I checked every way I could think of to see if an order went through when the website kicked me back to the main page. When I didn't see a confirmation email or pending charge I redid the order which went though the checkout process without issue. The next day I had two orders with two confirmation emails. When I tried contacting the company through their customer service that I wished for them to cancel and refund one of the orders I never heard back from anyone. I ended up spending more than I wanted and with double the amount of prints I need. Will not be using their services again.

Ordered last friday and paid overnight to receive monday. Then it was changed to tuesday, then to wednesday, now it says thursday 8 pm. When i ask for the refund they say i can start a process for “some compensarion” eventhough my event was yesterday and the material now is useless, but that i should wait to receive because “FEDEX USUALLY LOSES OUR PACKAGES AND THAT IS OTHER PROCESS”. Really??!! , then why are they still shipping through them!!!

The price and quality can't be beat. The ordering process makes it easy for me to design cards for my real estate agents.

Item was marked as shipped and a shipping confirmation email was sent by the company two days before FedEx picked it up (which was after business hours on what was supposed to be the original DELIVERY date). No update from Overnight Prints. Product arrived 4 days late, after the event for which things were ordered. Company offered only a shipping refund after repeated, respectful interactions with customer service (online only). I still had to pay about $70 for 800 cards that were useless and went immediately into recycling, and damaged a client relationship. OvernightPrints.com has lost my trust.

I've NEVER had a negative experience in the ten years I've been using ONP for my business. Quick, efficient, great service and products!

The process for creating your business cards and rack cards was pretty easy. I was hoping the option for having someone at Overnight Prints to review my order and offer suggestions would have revealed that the print on my business cards was quite small. But, I'm still happy with the results but will make that change when I reorder. Thank you

I want a complete refund from you company. What you asked me to do, i did it. I also paid extra for overnight.. but you did not complete your agreement on your end. please refund all my money back please.

The door hangers I ordered were shipped and they are not usable in any shape or form. You cant read the text, it is too small. They were smaller than we sent the design in for. It took WEEKS to even get them and they are not helping in any way to make it right.
