I ordered express orders from them twice. Both arrived over a week late.

When I contacted them after missing the deadline for when I needed the products, they kept lying and saying "in production" (thus making the orders ineligible for a refund). However, they STILL didnt ship for over a week. Small print run production doesnt take a week, and if it does, the entire concept of the service they provide is a sham. Not to mention theor detailed mission statement on their website.

After the first time, the refunded the shipping fee, but only gave store credit for the product. I placed another order and they did the exact same thing. Only the second time they did not provide a store credit.

No worries... I wont be ordering from you again anyways. There is a reason they have such poor reviews. Dont even consider giving them your business.

Incredibly bad experience. The business cards arrived TWO WEEKS after the promised delivery date and they refused to provide a refund.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! USE ANYONE ELSE.

This was a reorder, after a number of years in your system. A long time ago, I shot these for my hometown church, and they had me make these cards. Took them several years, but they sold them all. I was pleasantly surprised the files were still there, and the reorder was as simple as if it had only been a month, rather than years. Great print job again, fairly priced, timely delivery.

Your upload tool failed repeatedly when I tried to upload my file, even when using your template, because of the large file size. I opened a ticket, which was not helpful at all. Ticket is: Support ID: 22284. I encourage you to review the thread. The advice given was to "reduce file size," and after doing so, it produced a sub-par background image, which in turn (of course) turned out a garbage quality poster.

My order turned out exactly how I wanted, and the quality was better than expected. Delivery was quick!

Been using overnightprints.com since 2004 and have purchased all my business and holiday cards through them for years with no / minor problems. Ordered 2500 biz cards back in April and the order was delayed and was told there was equipment issues. Order was delivered over a week late. I was told to contact them next time for a discount. Next order for another 2500 recently of the same cards and I paid extra for expedited shipping. I wrote off the last delay and was not asking for any discounts one this run. This order is now also delayed over a week with no communication or response to my tickets and no option to talk to a human, just useless AI chat responses. Never using them again. Avoid them at all costs.

Relatively fast unless you want to pay more. But, overall great.

I have used OverNightPrints for years but this time they were very late in delivery. I was never informed of the hold-up delay. It was an internal issue that should automatically alert us. Overall, this was a big and unexpected disappointment. I was told we'd receive a refund.

Shipment was seriously delayed so much so i ordered from Vistaprints-they were great! When "Someday Prints" support wrote me back they said they would remedy the tardiness with a discount. Guess, what....still waiting to hear anything from them. I think they should be called, Someday Prints or Runaround Prints...thanks for nothing.

Print quality is not very good. Edges have white showing on full color bleed. This looks like a cut issue (not a printing issue). Cardstock is flimsy.

Always provide excellent products quickly! Great prices also :)

Great cards! Fast service.

For the lowest price available across the USA, I was expecting the print to be less than perefect. To my surprise, the business cards look amazing on both sides. Perfect colors, perfect cut. Would order again here instead of [fill in the blank] because I've never recieved double-sided cards so good so affordable. Thanks!

Terrible products. The quality of paper, or card stock is less than just a few years ago. Customer service has gone down hill. Ordered post cards printed on both sides, and the trim is off, the alignment of the writing on the back of the card is off. The quality of the card stock printed is terrible, color is off. Poster paper has gone to some scratchy thin stock that should only be used for packing material. Horrible. I'll be shopping else where after my last few orders.

Quick, easy and reliable

I want to commend Overnight Print for the excellent work and service they provide; I ordered some raised-print business cards, and they turned out fantastic. I also want to thank Sophia for her assistance—she was very professional. Thank you, Sophia, for your excellent customer service, and thanks to the entire team as well.

Shipping was long and expensive, but the product is excellent. USPS Priority Mail would have been cheaper and much quicker, as FedEx took TEN days.

The price is right and the product was topnotch.
