I recently moved into a rental through Nelson Alexander and discovered a major issue with the plumbing. When I contacted Jihanne (property manager) to describe the issue, she immediately took action, trying to contact the owner and then organising for a plumber to arrive as soon as possible.
The issue was actually caused by a nearby property leading to blocked toilets and overflowing drains in several properties. Despite the complex situation involving multiple parties (including neighbouring properties, water company, body corporate, and a different property agent) Jihanne remained proactive and persistent in finding a solution and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
Jihanne's professionalism, dedication, and clear communication made a stressful situation much more manageable. She really went above and beyond to resolve the issue and in a way that shows she cares about tenants. Thank you!!

I would like to highly commend Pauline F for her amazing customer service and being so proactive. After returning from a recent overseas holiday, I found an urgent maintenance issue was required. Being a weekend, it was very difficult timing , especially I was advised that the repairs could only occur starting from the Monday. It was as I could not take any time off work to be there for this. Pauline ensured that access was arranged appropriately and called me to keep me updated as to the status of the situation and what was able to occur and when. This was much appreciated as this was in regard to a necessary basic service, and was required to be done as a priority. Many thanks to Pauline for being so competent and understanding of the particular circumstances and doing all that was possible at this time

Brittany provides prompt attention to matters, sound advice and is easy to communicate with. She is sufficiently experienced to maximize the opportunity for good outcomes.

Patrick and Stephanie went above and beyond for the sale of our family home. My sister and I are forever grateful. We have had the pleasure of working with Patrick in the past during the sale of our other home and he has never failed to disappoint. Always prompt in his communication, and very proactive in his approach, which showed auction day. Together as a team they complement each other very well, both sharing a wealth of knowledge and skill. Our family know exactly who to call when we have any further real estate needs!
