This agent provided very doggy, rude and unprofessional service. After I had withdrawn my authorisation to rent my property via this agent, they refused to return my house keys and keep the online advertisement to stop my house renting out from another agent. They took more than 70 days and coundn't find a tenant, the only way they did just ask me to drop the rental price, when they asked me to drop the price below the market price, I requested to cancel my authorisation to rent my property via this agent.

Excellent service, fast & effective response!

The worest experience I had in my life with a real estate agent. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment with them for 3 years and leaving the property was an absolute nightmare.
The unprofessional realestate agent Zhani Dugdell made everything in her power to manipulate us and take over our bond.
We have paid more than $600 for bond clean, $622 for painting walls, $680 letting fee and 2 weeks of rent($1250) after exiting the apartment until the new tenants arrive and yet she was determined to punish us and renovate the apartment on our own expense. She is holding $1600 of our bond claiming that cleaning was not enough even though I reviewed cleaning myself thoroughly.

She organised a $250 acid cleaning for all floors even though we have previously shared that these floors were not clean in our entry report with pictures and the agent Daphne advised that they will organise acid cleaning for us but they never did.

She refused to share invoices with us. She lied to the RTA representative about sharing water invoice with us which she never did.

We have filed a tribunal case against them which will be heard in the next few weeks.
