I cannot comment on the quality of the product itself because, in a bold and innovative twist, I never actually received it. However, I can absolutely comment on the ordering process, communication, and the general interpretive dance that seems to pass for accurate information.

I placed an order for a personalised iPad case after the website confidently assured me the item was in stock and would be dispatched the same day if ordered before the cut-off time. Naturally, I ordered before that time, because I foolishly believed the website. Several days passed with no dispatch confirmation, which felt less like “same day dispatch” and more like “same week contemplation.” When I checked my account, the order was listed as “On Hold,” which I assume is industry code for “we’ll get back to you… eventually.”

I emailed multiple times asking what this meant and received no response, which was impressive in its consistency. Several days later, I was finally informed that the product was not actually in stock and that delivery would be delayed by approximately 16 days. A small detail, really—who among us hasn’t confused “in stock” with “not remotely available”?

At this point, I requested a cancellation, only to be told this was not possible because the case had already been printed and was ready to send. This was particularly fascinating, given that the product was also apparently not in stock. Schrödinger’s iPad case, if you will. The email also mentioned that the company prides itself on fast delivery and good communication, which I can only assume was meant as a piece of abstract comedy.

After sending several further emails asking for an update, I again received no response. It was only after specifically asking why my emails were being ignored (a fun little game we were playing, apparently) that I was informed the product was still not in stock and that I could either continue waiting or receive a refund.

I requested a refund, which, to be fair, was processed within a couple of days. So credit where it’s due—when it came to giving my money back, things suddenly moved at lightning speed.

While the refund was handled promptly, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The stock information appeared to be more of a suggestion than a fact, communication was sporadic at best, and I spent a significant amount of time chasing updates that, in a perfect world, might have been provided without prompting. All in all, a memorable experience—just not in the way anyone hopes for.

Awful case ordered weeks ago, delivery email with delay every week. When requesting an update they are happy to tell you it’s delayed. Request a refund as it’s now too long of a wait and they’ve taken my money and now no response at all.

Ordered a case for Zflip 7. Its a very difficult type of case to buy, most custom case makers dont make it.

Product was made to a high quality and good standard. Having read some of the reviews it's clear that the root of most complaints come down to user error when designing the case. If you're techy and computer literate, know your way around graphics/png files etc; this shouldn’t really be an issue.

Delivery was from Germany, so naturally people should plan for this.

The case was good and arrived before it was supposed to.

My only gripe is that it wasn't possible to see delivery charge options until after you had designed your case - hence the three stars rather than five.

Really great site and service - I was worried that it might be a low quality image reproduction, but the case fit perfectly and the colors were vibrant.

Great quality print and good sturdy case with a full wrap. Have had lots of compliments so far. Recommend using this company from my experience.

Ordering system didn’t really depict what the product was going to look like. Product I received looked cheap and tacky.

I usually get my personalised phone cases from an eBay seller, but due to my phone being newly released, they didn't have a case for it yet. I found MyPersonalisedCase by chance & saw that they had the flip case for my phone readily available. Selecting my phone models (I also purchased one for my dad) was simple. Uploading & positioning the photos I had chosen for each case was also very simple. They looked fine, so I completed the purchase (again, all made very easy via the website). They arrived a day earlier than expected, & I couldn't be happier with the products! I was (& continue to be) extremely impressed with the quality of the cases! The quality of the print design for each case is fantastic, the functionality & design of the cases themselves are perfect, & the price for them, including postage & packaging is extremely reasonable for the great product you receive. They are made for durability & will keep your phone protected from damage. My dad's case included a sentimental personalised image, & he too was extremely happy with his. If you like personalised items that also do the job they are supposed to do, then these are definitely worth it. I will be getting my future cases here from now on!

Extra information- I purchased a case for a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra & one for a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. We opted for the flip case, with card holding pouches & the magnetic closing flaps. Again, all top quality. Easy to put the phone in & take out. Perfect fit for each phone. All necessary contact was great. Delivery was earlier than instructed. I can't recommend them highly enough!

the case was really badly printed out blury and unusable. it took forever to come despite paying extra for quick delivery. it was really bad standard. the case was terrible slimsy when it should have been hard shell and as i said design was awful.
but once i found how to email them complain i did email back and forth with nice person who understood how unhappy i was, i was expecting a fight but they asked my openly how can we make you happy again, and i said honestly i just wanted a full refund and i would go elsewhere and they accepted that and did refund me in full. i personally wont use them again but the customer service was good.

Like others have said, ordered a case and received delay email after delay email.

Eventually gave up and went with an alternative, which was for the best as I found a higher quality case for only a few pounds more. Would avoid this site if you’d like to recieve your case in a timely manner.

Credit where credit’s due, the refund came very quickly.

I ordered an I phone wallet for iPhone 14 Pro Max and was sent different. When I contacted you you offered replacement and all I would pay was shipping. You sent me voucher number which I filled in when requested. Your programme then went straight to payment including cost of new case. Very disappointed especially when I use you Everytime I change phones

Ordered on 13th February, it’s now the 25th and I haven’t even been updated with anything let alone recieved what I ordered. Can’t seem to speak to any human regarding this. Shambles of a company

The internet site was easy to use and download my photo. The case is of good quality and the picture looks great. I would definitely recommend and use again . Thank you
