Dad loved it

Really lovely phone case and very easy to design with an accurate preview made before ordering. Delivered quickly and is a good quality and sturdiness especially for the price. Just to bear in mind they are not MagSafe cases so cannot be used with wireless charging but otherwise a great product!

Excellent quality product received. Highly recommend.

I get so anxious ordering photos now, as I have had so many issues with poor quality websites. This company however, went above and beyond. The finished product is beautiful, lighting is excellent and it looks like something built to order, rather than just mass printed. I am really happy and will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know!

Quality of picture.. Too dark

Service was quick, ordering was easy. Slate photo arrived and unfortunately due to the picture that I received the lady in the picture was darker than the preview, the gentleman is white no issues but the lady is of ethnic origin and she looked darker than she is so could not gift the photo due to quality

For a little context, prints do read slightly darker than a backlit screen, as paper reflects light rather than emits it - but that difference should only ever be subtle. From what you’ve described, this goes beyond that, so it looks like something has gone wrong on our end, and we’re truly sorry for that.

Amazing service!!

Amazing service!!! Placed my order on the Thursday and was dispatched the next day and when my customised slates arrive they were very well packaged and looked amazing! Would highly recommend Scottsy to my friends and family :)

Outstanding company

Absolutely blown away at the speed of service, delivery and quality of item. Delivered less than 24 hrs after purchase. Honestly did not think the slate image of our late dog would be so good. It's the perfect gift, and has captured our boy so well. Reeling from such an oustanding purchase all round.

They are worse company in customer services and they don’t have no manners, no respect towards customers and they are rude

They are worse in customer service, I ever seen in my lifetime. The picture I send was my brother who passed away its effects me a lot seen like this and they send me broken/ chipped in head, not even checked before they posting to customer? When I order and placed my picture everything seen fine and in order until I received the picture, in head in stone is chipped looks and when you look at far it’s looks broken, I have Watup them send the picture and told them I was not satisfied to receive like this and the person (I don’t who I was chatting) rude, selfish, arrogant, no respect towards customers, doesn’t care how you feel, no listening or understanding customer saying. Top of that I received unacceptable behaviour towards them by saying “it’s nothing wrong” “ its in description “but he/she doesn’t realise that customer not satisfied to receive like that, even if is machine doing but should of been checked to be satisfactory to be send to customer in first place. If is Notting wrong, why i am complaining and, why did you send me like that with out checking? Doesn’t say in description you’re had will came up like that, it’s so weird to see the picture like that, it’s effects you’re eyesight. I am so frustrated and I never seen any worse customer service. Please don’t order anything if you receive and had problems or not happy about, Services you will receive not normal customer service, more like personal matter service you receive, the person start attacking me and saying it’s my fault that placed the picture, that not correct placed etc.. all the excuses. NO one will be happy to see head broken/chipped in the picture , when I placed order I received confirmation with the picture looks, everything in place and fine. I can understand the stone shape, but wouldn’t you not look at the photo before you send to customer? I found them disrespectful towards the customer and after back and forth chatting, I never got any apologies instead he/she blamed me all the way. I don’t know what kind of business they have but they shouldn’t be handle like this, if they keep upsetting the customers, like this there will

I have send the picture back to them, as they requested from me and I have payed £5.85 on postage myself, they told me that they happy to refund but not the postage, can you believe this manner? Is not my fault if you printed like that not checked by yourself before you send them. Who is fault on it. I will take this matter further speaking with my lawyer in Monday to handle this unacceptable behaviour towards me. It’s not satisfactory customer received and then, he/ she blame me. I wonder if I send pictures like that to them how would they feel? I am sure they wouldn’t like that too. They are worse company I ever seen. They are terrible and don’t know how to handle customer service with care.please don’t order, if you do, you will have problems they will not be nice to you. They only care about your money, problem they don’t care.i hope this helps people who search about the company. Think before you order. Find different company to place order. This company not care the customers.

Hi, I'm sorry this has caused you upset - I do understand how much the piece meant.

It might help to explain how these are made. The photo is positioned by the customer at the design stage, and a preview is approved before we print anything, so each piece comes out exactly as it's approved. The layout here matched the design that was confirmed at the time of the order.

The pieces are also made on natural stone, so the edges and surface vary slightly from one to the next. What can look like a chip or a crack from a distance is the stone's natural edge rather than damage - and that variation is shown and described on the listing in numerous areas.

Personalised items are made to order, so they aren't normally returnable. Even though we didn't have to, we made an exception here - we arranged the return and refunded the order, because we genuinely wanted to help. I'm sorry we couldn't reach an outcome you felt happier with, and I wish you all the best.

Good service although….

Good service although the picture was not as crisp as I expected & the case will probably only last 12 months but at the price good value overall.

The quality of the finished print is largely dependent on the resolution of the original photo provided, so lower-resolution images can sometimes appear less sharp when printed. Our live preview allows customers to enlarge their image and review how it will appear before ordering, and we always recommend using the highest-quality photo available for the best possible results.
