Software issue

I ordered an I phone wallet for iPhone 14 Pro Max and was sent different. When I contacted you you offered replacement and all I would pay was shipping. You sent me voucher number which I filled in when requested. Your programme then went straight to payment including cost of new case. Very disappointed especially when I use you Everytime I change phones

12 days since ordering and not even an update

Ordered on 13th February, it’s now the 25th and I haven’t even been updated with anything let alone recieved what I ordered. Can’t seem to speak to any human regarding this. Shambles of a company

Great quality

The internet site was easy to use and download my photo. The case is of good quality and the picture looks great. I would definitely recommend and use again . Thank you

Paid with no response or product

UPDATE: Products arrived. Good quality. Still no information on order.
I placed an order for 2 cases. 8 days without a confirmation email. Try to create an account on their website and never receive the confirmation link so I cannot confirm my account to check the status of my order. They were quick to charge my account with no way to follow up with them

Ordered it for Valentine’s Day but have…

Ordered it for Valentine’s Day but have received emails constantly saying it’s been delayed. Still not received it so better be worth the wait as had to buy a different Valentine’s Day present.

Had a reply saying I’ll get a reply, but that must be delayed as much as the case is!

Parcel never arrived

Parcel never arrived. Customer service takes forever to reply and then ignore 90% of what you tell them. I initially asked for them to send another given it never arrived then decided I’d rather a refund having seen the poor reviews and likelihood that it will never turn up and they’ve ignored my emails.

I have tried contacting them three…

I have tried contacting them three times now about my order that has failed to arrive and I have received no response. There is no way to email or ring them - apart from an online contact form which I've received no reply from. Very disappointed.

Sent a blank phone case after waiting 12 days on express delivery

Like a lot of other people I believe I've been scammed by this company. I paid for express delivery since it was a christmas present, it was meant to arrive by the 19th at the latest which was fine. The 19th came and went, I emailed the company and they offered to send a replacement which I appreciate but invalidates it being a christmas present. Today the case turned up and it's just a plain phone case. Not personalised, nothing. Just a clear case. If I'd wanted that, I'd have spent a lot less and had it weeks ago. I'm really disappointed because we were only doing small gifts so this is the only gift I brought and now we're on the 23rd December and it's ruined.

Edit: Company responded on the 26th December after my review, the day AFTER christmas telling me they'd refund me the case and give me free shipping on a replacement. It was a present FOR christmas, not for AFTER. I've raised a payment dispute and will be taking it further because that's ridiculous customer treatment when you've not only paid for faster shipping that didn't happen and then been sent a product you didn't order after waiting a month for it to arrive. Why would I ever want to order from them again or replace it with something that'd arrive in another months time and most likely be wrong yet again???

Avoid - Incorrect Phone Case Sent Twice & Refund Issues

I ordered a personalised phone case for my Samsung A71 5G in the UK. When it arrived, it was clearly for a different model as none of the buttons aligned properly.
To report the issue, I was forced to create an account and submit an online form. When they eventually replied (due to the time difference), I had to repeat all the information I’d already provided and was asked to prove the make and model of my phone.
I requested to return the item for a refund, but this was ignored. Instead, they sent a replacement, stating it would not be tracked. When it arrived, it was exactly the same incorrect case as before.
In the end, I had to raise a dispute with my bank to obtain a refund. Even after emailing to confirm the refund, they oddly asked if I’d like to design a different case. Overall, the process was frustrating, time-consuming (5 weeks), and poorly handled.
