Nice product, not the cheapest or there but printing is great, combined with a very tough, tight fitting case makes for a great item. This also arrived faster than expected. Very pleased overall, thanks.

I purchased a personalised iPhone 16 case after reading the FAQ, which states that all personalised phone cases support wireless and MagSafe charging.

This case was actually a wedding anniversary gift for my husband. I bought it well in advance and only tried it on yesterday before giving it to him. To my surprise, it didn’t magnetically attach to any of our MagSafe chargers or stands.

As an iPhone 16 user, I naturally understood “supports MagSafe charging” to mean that the case would magnetically attach to MagSafe chargers and accessories. However, when I contacted customer service, I was told that the case only supports wireless charging through the case and does not include a MagSafe magnetic ring.

While I appreciate their prompt reply, I feel the wording on the website is misleading. Most customers would reasonably expect a “MagSafe” case to include magnetic functionality, not just wireless charging.

Unfortunately, I can’t use the case because we rely on MagSafe accessories every day. I hope the product description will be made much clearer so that future customers do not experience the same disappointment.

Ordered a custom iPhone Case on May 19. Took 12 days before shipping and package never arrived. Wrappz customer service does respond to emails, but several back and forth mails brought us to June 15 before a replacement case was shipped.

Wrappz ships internationally with Spring Delivery. Spring Delivery has a Trustpilot score of 1.4 largely because they:
A) Don't deliver
B) Don't offer traceability for shipments and
C) Don't document delivery after claiming package was delivered.

After Spring lost my shipment Wrappz sent a replacement. So kudos on that. The (second) case arrived on June 20.

The story could end there, but the case didn't match the iPhone model I specified when purchasing.

I am done talking to Wrappz customer support. It was slow, indecisive, goes back to a carrier that has a 1.4 score on Trustpilot.

I ordered a phone case which arrived in Jan 2026. Upon writing this review in June 2026 the quality of the prints on the phone case has decreased dramatically and very faded. Reached out to Wrappz who aren't interested. Its a shame because I LOVED the phone case and it seemed such good quality when it arrived however I would not have expected it to need replaced already.

Update 30/6 - Wrappz said they escalated it and I still haven't heard anything back so perhaps it was just so I would delete this review because they weren't interested up until then 😀 so overall fab case if you want to replace it after 5/6 months

Impeccable manufacturer, especially with a client's own design or image. The quality of the finished item is outstanding.

Customer concerns, and queries, are dealt with almost immediately, with same day replies.
Faultless service, I have no qualms recommending Wrappz, and have been praising the company to all who would listen.

website is easy to use, choose your design, upload it, and press click. Really quick service and the quality of the print and item is second to none. Will use them again and again for business.

I have ordered three iPhone Air skins, not because they are exceptional, but because their quality is so poor that they need replacing frequently, effectively once a month. The print quality has also declined compared with what it used to be. The only reason I continue buying from them is that, regrettably, they seem to be the only provider in the UK offering personalised iPhone skins, which leaves me with little choice. Otherwise, I would avoid them entirely if a viable alternative existed.

After being let down by a different company, went for Wrappz instead and thank god I did. Considerably higher quality case for only a little bit more, good quality print and matte feels good, and it came much quicker than expected. I have no idea how they made it so quick. Will be using again.

I’m really disappointed with my experience after winning a custom photo phone case during the McDonald’s Monopoly promotion in november 2025. I was genuinely excited about the prize, but despite following all the steps and submitting everything required, I never received the item.
There’s been no update, no tracking information, and no communication explaining the delay or offering a solution. I know it was a free prize, but this has been nothing but disappointing .
