Case not that great, not very thick or strong. Sides not covered. No inner rubber liner like many. Personlised image not very clear. Did not give choices like matt or gloss.

Sorry. I would not have given poor review, but they asked for a review.

I had high hopes for this, judging from past experience with other companies. Alas the personalised case I received was a poorly fitting case with sides that were loose and an image not on the case but on a paper sticker stuck on the case. And it wasn't even glossy.
If I could give this zero points I would.

I was very excited to order a personalised phone case for my new iPhone with my company logo - I chose one of their set templates which from the black and white image showed a round logo dead centre of the case - I uploaded my logo and couldn't wait to receive it but when it arrived I was really disappointed as the logo is not centred horizontally or vertically - it looks terrible and I can't use it as instead of looking professional it looks the opposite - very poor - I double checked on the site the the circle in the template cannot be moved so it's been designed badly. I sent feedback to the company to say all of this and have heard nothing back - I will not be using them again.

Good case, Like the custom print and was delivered quick but the cut out for camera doesn’t quite fit exactly, misses by 1mm, still using it, just not perfect

Love that I can design my own case, I've put my business card on mine and it's attracted a lot of attention. Super quality and fast delivery. Couldn't ask for more 😁

I ordered a personalised phone case from MyPersonalisedCase on 7 August 2025 and paid extra for express delivery. According to their information, the package was supposed to be delivered by 9 August, but I didn’t receive it until 20 August – 11 days late.

Because of the delay, I can no longer use the product for its intended purpose.

It is also practically impossible to contact the company. You need to log in to reach customer service, but I cannot log in – and they are unable to send me a new password. This leaves me with no way to get assistance.

A very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend purchasing from them.

This is the 3rd case I have got due to upgrading phones and the quality of the case is amazing I wouldn't order a personalised case anywhere else x

The phone case for my phone was too big and there were scratches all over the pictures

I ordered a personalised phone case for my son's phone, which was due to be delivered by the 15th of July. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to get in touch with your team. I have already paid the full amount, but the phone case has still not arrived. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would appreciate an urgent update regarding the status of my order.

Terrible finish, they use stickers and not printed on, they wasn’t even in a straight line down the left despite being adjusted before purchase was made, paid £12 for express delivery which didn’t arrive when stated, I complained which to long for a reply, said that I wanted a replacement item but was issued a 50% refund not even the total amount, if I could put 0 stars I would! DO NOT BUY FROM

Good service and excellent quality product.

Ordered my case, but the wrong size arrived, I tried to email them but they have not responded at all, so £35 down the drain, very poor aftercare service.
